Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Montebello Deluxe Hotel in Ölüdeniz (Fethiye) und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
Schon bei der Ankunft fühlt man sich wohl. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sorgt dafür, dass man sich als Gast willkommen fühlt. Auch die Atmosphäre unter den Gästen ist sehr angenehm. Da viele Urlauber aus England und anderen Ländern hier sind, sind ein paar Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil, um schnell mit anderen ins Gespräch zu kommen.
Das absolute Highlight für mich war das Frühstück. Es ist im Preis inbegriffen und bietet eine riesige Auswahl. Es gibt verschiedene Marmeladen, Honig, Butter, Nutella sowie viele türkische und internationale Frühstücksspezialitäten. Alles ist frisch, abwechslungsreich und schmeckt hervorragend. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant hat mich überzeugt. Die Küche bietet eine große Auswahl und die Qualität der Speisen ist sehr gut.
Die Hotelanlage ist gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es gibt zwei Pools – einen großen Pool mit vielen Liegen und einen weiteren mit Whirlpool. Beide Bereiche sind sauber und bieten eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Außerdem gibt es eine Bar am Pool sowie eine große Bar im Restaurant mit einer guten Auswahl an Getränken.
Die Zimmer werden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Die Betten werden frisch gemacht, Handtücher und Bettwäsche regelmäßig gewechselt und der Müll wird jeden Tag entsorgt. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette war ebenfalls sehr sauber. Zur Ausstattung gehören unter anderem ein Fernseher, ein Spiegel und alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Obwohl das Hotel offiziell als Drei-Sterne-Hotel geführt wird, hat mich der Service, die Sauberkeit, das Essen und die gesamte Atmosphäre so überzeugt, dass es für mich deutlich hochwertiger wirkt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet.

I didn't like staff .I complained because I has a room with a tub .there was no hot water we had to have freezing shower every day .the toilet smelled like raw sewage noisy generator out side our door .I complained to staff they just sniggered at you looked at each other and giggle fob you off saying engineer was called and nothing was done about my problem spoke about you in their language very rude

So I was on this trip for a friends wedding. I decided to stay away from the busy bustling hotel that all the other guests were at and book the Montebello and wow am I glad. Such a lovely hotel.
The staff are super friendly/helpful. 4 nights out of 7 I dined in the restaurant as it was so gorgeous and great value for money. The breakfast was good but what I liked the most when the chef was preparing fresh omelettes the staff made you aware and brought over to your table. It’s clean it’s traditional with a twist of modern and I was particularly impressed with our cleaner. Such a lovely lovely woman that I left a nice tip for her as she went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable
I did not eat breakfast at the hotel unfortunately but food looked perfectly fine.
Was difficult to find a bed around the pool even if waking up early.
Staff are friendly and helpful. A modest, but very good breakfast. The location is amazing, just few minutes from the main beach. A lot of facilities close.
The cleaning in my room could be better, it wasn’t bad at all, but the bathroom could have had more attention. However, the lady who was cleaning was very attentive, helpful and friendly all the days.
I liked Seda and Bora the front of house they were amazing. The cleaners were really sweet to me and there was an elderly fella who would float around the hotel he was really sweet.
The wifi not working in the deluxe rooms? It literally takes 20minutes for a man to come and fix a new modem. It's called false advertisement saying the room has wifi when it doesn't. I couldn't work remotely once. Couldn't connect any calls with my family or friends. I had to go downstairs sweating my nut sacks off to do my work or talk to family members....
