Pros:

The attention of the bellmen were terrific, the receptionist just good, really flat and nothing war at all. As part of the hospitality industry I was as high expectations with the front desk, but nobody stand front as service. The housekeeper service is really good. For me is the best just like the district.

Cons:

The service at the restaurant during breakfast was same as flat. And the night before for only 2 sushis to the room it took 50 minutes, that's something you guys need to improve. No one said their names before any interaction at all. The perception for me it was like they preferred the tourist instead of the locals.

Maravillosa experiencia, trabajadores eficientes y servicio de calidad, repetiría sin dudas

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación en la ciudad, sus trabajadores son excelentes, serviciales y amables. La habitación muy cómoda, limpieza garantizada y el servicio de calidad.

Para el precio que paga uno de debería mejorar mucho el olor de los cuartos e incluir el desayuno.
