Personal atento y con ganas de resolver y ayudar. Estacionamiento comodo y con seguridad.
Instalaciones nuevas sin alfombras las habitaciones.

Cons:

Me hicieron esperar 1 hora en el lobby para darme la habitacion a las 3pm.
A las 3.05pm pedí mi habitacion y me dijeron que me avisarian apenas lista...
Gotera en el baño, proveniente de la ducha de agua sucia del piso de arriba.
Sabanas manchadas en 1 de las camas.
Caja fuerte sin instrucciones de uso, no es una de las mas usadas.

Pros:

Ótima localização, comida do restaurante muito boa, atendimento do rapaz das malas (esqueci o nome dele) excelente.

Cons:

O banheiro tinha um cheiro horrível... trocamos de quarto e não mudou..o elevador fedia.... o povo colocava bom ar mas não resolvia. A limpeza não foi boa. Tive que reclamar e na recepção uma pessoa sem uniforme foi indelicada quase ao ponto de ser grosseira. Certamente não voltarei.
