Localização, limpeza do quarto, contato com a pousada através de WhatsApp.

Cons:

A estadia era para 3 pessoas e tinha somente 2 toalhas (1 toalha teve que ser utilizada por 2 pessoas. A toalha faltante não foi entregue nem no outro dia;
A recepção funciona somente à tarde, à noite por exemplo o portão grande fica aberto, apenas entrar o que causa uma insegurança no local (ouvimos barulho de uma possível briga no pátio, acreditamos que era entre moradores ou alguém que chegou de fora);
Saímos a noite e ao voltarmos a chave do quarto não abria, o miolo estava com problemas. Quase tivemos que dormir na rua ou gastar com chaveiro e talvez nem ser reembolsado, por sorte a chave abriu depois de muito tempo tentando.
Não vi sinalização de onde fica a copa, por exemplo, demorei para encontrar. Ao usar a torneira uma parte dela se desrosqueou vazando água para todos os lados e alagando um pouco a copa.
Em resumo não foi uma experiência legal.
