Very bad!!! Disappointing

Cons:

The person at the reception was weird as hell. The moment I arrived he kept giving a weird stare. Felt as if he was looking at completely undressed. He kept me waiting for 10-15 minutes even though I repeated I had a booking done through booking.com, it felt like they knew they wouldn’t give me the room since the start. He made some calls to confirm if I had a booking. Then he advised me to check the room before I confirm to stay there, they showed me one room (with balcony as per my booking) which was so clean, but still somehow right in the middle of the bed it had a fresh blood stain with a tiny lump. ( like how the room is so clean n yet the bed has a fresh stain) I had seen a review earlier about stain but I gave it a benefit of doubt while booking. Do they do it on purpose? I dont know! Anyway room was changed to a smaller one without balcony. Then at the time of check in they asked for ID and one of the person with me had a local ID so they denied saying they dont accept local ID’s and asked us to leave even though I was not a local. Just like that!!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. Service was prompt and efficient, rooms spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable.

Hotel is located right on main Street Going to Ganges river and kashi vishwanath temple..you can even enjoy the Authentic baati chokha desi cuisine, 50m from the hotel..one of the best experience.. Vishal singh (owner) he helped us in managing all the sightseeing.

Waste of money. Facilities is not as per the price.
Pros:

One of the host Vishal is cooperative.

Cons:

The hotel owner, the facilities, the room size, cleanliness, pillow and blanket covers had blood stains in it. It seems they don't change it after every guest visit. Bathroom is also not that good. Room quality is very low as per the price.They only provided one complimentary water bottle for 3 guest. They don't show any professionalism.
