Pros:

I really enjoyed the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality at the property. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A special mention to the lady at the reception—she was truly helpful, professional, and phenomenal throughout my stay. Her kindness and genuine care made the experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The room cupboard could be cleaned more thoroughly and would benefit from having a fresh, pleasant smell.
