Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Currently, we accept only Vaccinated guests into our property.
A deposit may be required at the property.

An average hotel.
Pros:

Quiet & safe as there were no pubs or drunkards around

Cons:

Should provide a table & chair near a plug point as we need to use the computer after our meetings. At least provide a box of tissue paper.

Pros:

The location, friendly receptionist, clean room.

Cons:

I got room 104. The mattress is too uncomfortable, had backache by mid night itself. The pillows was too soft. AC has a vibrating sound if you keep the temperature below 20c. Only 2 towels, 2 water bottles and 2 body shampoo (smell like dishwashing detergent) provided. No coffee,tea or toothbrush given. For hot water, you may get from the water dispenser at the ground floor or borrow a hot water jug from the receptionist. For me, paying Rm110 for this is not worth it.
