Pros:

The hotel is very relaxing on the banks of the river..Food was good too.. Nice small pool. Away from the main centre but not too far from taxi. There is a renowned charcoal pork on the main road, 5 min from the hotel.

Cons:

Very limited to negligible chicken items and vegetarian food, overwhelming number of pork items. Parents found it difficult but there was fresh fruit, bread and rice..
Please bring your toothbrush, hotel doesnt supply one.

Pros:

The aesthetics of the hotel were nice, and the shower is very large. The price for what you get isn't the worst either.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated, and whilst that is part of the aesthetics, unfortunately the pillows did smell a bit old. The beds were also very hard, so if you don't like hard beds, it is a problem. There was also a bit of mould in the shower, causing my friend with a mould allergy to flare up and struggle to breathe whenever she showered, and had several asthma attacks. If you are not sensitive to mould, it probably isn't an issue, but if you are, keep this in mind. There were also lots of insects that kept coming into our rooms, such as ants, beetles and bees. The air conditioner is also undersized for the rooms, so the room doesn't necessarily get cool enough with the air conditioner unless you are sitting directly underneath it.

Pros:

Heerlijke leuke ydylische locatie, prima ligging, heel vriendelijk personeel, iedere dag bedden verschoond wat eigenlijk niet hoeft maar zo lekker, een aanrader om weer te bezoeken ook.

Cons:

Ik kan niet 1 2 3 minpuntjes bedenken. Misschien her en der verfwerkje oppakken weer?

A Beautiful hotel with high maintenance needs
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with friendly and well- trained staffs. Hotel garden is very beautiful located along Ping river.

Cons:

Hotel itself is pretty dated. Need a lot of renovation to maintain in good shape especially in toilet, air conditioning system and flooring. Hotel room cleaning needs a level up as we found hairs and dead insects in our room on our check-in.

Pros:

Beaucoup de choix pour manger asiatique mais européen que du pain toast ou des œufs

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est mentionné dès 6h30 mais a 7h 10 rien n'était prêt et que 5 tranches de pain , on était 3.
Ils ont allumé les poêles pour les œufs à 7h15 et nous partions en excursion organisée a 7h30

Pros:

The staff at the reception were exceptionally proactive. At our arrival we were given a single bed, we had asked for 2 single beds, their sorted out the issue immediately.
We complained about a spanish group who was so noisy @ past midnight that we had to interfere.
The staff changed room.
The place is clean, room spacious, breakfast next to the pool fabulous.
