Schöne Anlage und sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Leider wenig Englisch-Kenntnisse, aber dank Übersetzungs-Apps kein Verständigungsproblem. Der Pool ist super, die Anlage schön. Der hoteleigene Strandabschnitt ist sehr schön und hat fast keine Abbruchkanten im Vergleich zu manch anderen Anlagen in der Gegend.
Das Essen ist recht gut und es wurde sich sehr bemüht, unsere vegetarischen und veganen Essenswünsche zu erfüllen.

Cons:

Leider ist der Fußweg nach Palomino im Moment wegen abgebrochener Küstenbereiche sehr beschwerlich. Man muss durch andere Anlagen laufen und über Steine und Beton klettern und bekommt an manchen Stelllen auf jeden Fall nasse Füße, weil man über die Uferlinie muss.
Das Hotel ruft aber gerne Tuk-Tuks, wenn man nicht laufen kann oder möchte.

Fantastische accomodatie! Echt vakantie
Pros:

Prachtig hotel. Super mooi zwembad aan zee / aan het strand. Palomino heeft veel last van erosie maar dat is in dit deel bij dit hotel totaal niet het geval. De tuin staat vol prachtige palmbomen. Mooie ruime kamers en het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk.

Cons:

Er zijn geen gordijnen in de kamers, alleen een soort luiken maar die houden het zonlicht in de ochtend niet tegen. Daardoor is t rond 6u al licht in je kamer wat voor onze kleine kids niet zo goed werkte.

Mooi, rustig gelegen hotel
Pros:

Locatie net uit de drukte en hier is nog een klein strookje strand waar wij nog wat in de golven konden staan/springen. Dat maakte het voor de kinderen ook een leuke plek. Mooi ruim zwembad, en wij hadden de familiekamer met jacuzzi, die heeft een mooi uitzicht op tuin, zwembad en strand. Verder heerlijk rustige plek waar we nog wel een extra nachtje hadden willen zijn, nu maar 2 nachten. Heen via het strand naar Palomino was lopen met 2 kinderen van 9 en 11 jaar echt prima.

Cons:

Het eten in het restaurant is goed alleen duurt het erg lang voordat het op tafel staat. Ook bij het ontbijt. Hou daar rekening mee als je vroeg een tourtje gaat doen of bij avondeten gaven wij de bestelling door en gingen douchen ;).

El servicio puede mejorar. Un poco lenta la atención En ciertos momentos. En el sitio hay absoluto silencio a todas horas y no siempre es deseable, sería buena una música suave ambiental en la zona de bar y en la piscina

Un lugar para relajarse, buscar paz y tranquilidad.
Pros:

Es un lugar bastante tranquilo, tienes el mar, la piscina, puedes ir caminando hasta palomino y encontrar ahí actividades para realizar en tu estancia. La comida del hotel nos parecio excelente, desde sus desayunos hasta sus cenas y cocteles.
