Отель расположен 3 мин пешком от Руставели , центр , отель похож на дом семьи , чувствуется атмосфера истории . Очень вежливый персонал , чувствуешь себя как дома. Вкусные завтраки . Рекомендую

Gute Lage, direkt gegenüber ist ein Spar und mehrere Geschäfte oder Cafés in der Nähe. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, neue Handtücher, etc. Gutes Frühstück.

Beautiful and welcoming, but beware the shower
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and comfortable enough.
Breakfast is standard but elevated by the kind host who will offer you an omelet. If you have somewhere to go before breakfast, they'll prepare a bagged lunch for you if you notify them the day before.
The hotel interior is very nicely decorated and seems like a great place to meet fellow travelers during peak season. It was mostly empty during our stay so it had slight Haunted Mansion vibes, which we enjoyed.

Cons:

The shower is a tub with no curtain or enclosure, so taking a shower normally will spray water everywhere. The bathroom looks it too, with what looks like water damage to much of the tiling after years of guests soaking the place. You can avoid the problem by sitting in the tub and using the showerhead at very low pressure -- not a great experience.
The balcony is shared with other rooms and is facing an apartment building full of locals who also use their balconies. Don't expect privacy.
There's a club very close by that likes to pump the jams into the night. It might just be on weekends.

Location ok, and nice people. Not clean and smells bad from the bathroom.
Pros:

Location in a quiet area, nice staff, and good breakfast.

Cons:

The room was not clean when I arrived, in the bathroom a lot of hair on the floor. The smell from the bathroom is disgusting and you have to request for cleaning, which is very weird. Even if you request to clean the room, they will change the towels, and make your bed, this is called cleaning, and I wouldn't say that this is a hotel with this type of service, it is rather a motel.

Pros:

Хороший отель, цена-качество. Близко к центру, но немного в гору, пожилым и детям было тяжеловато подниматься, но это специфика самого города уже.
Также к отеле подавали очень вкусные завтраки.

Pros:

Отель расположен в старом очень интересном доме, это как плюс, так и минус)
Номер был чистым
Удобная частная парковка во дворе, очень вкусные завтраки (ради них мы готовы вернуться ещё раз)

Cons:

Наш номер располагался на первом этаже в части здания с отдельным входом.
Несмотря на включение кондиционера на полную, в номере было очень холодно(
В ванной не было шторки для душа - весь пол был мокрым
Мебель в номере уставшая

отличное соотношение цены и качества

удобное расположение, приятно гулять пешком по городу. напротив небольшой Spar круглосуточный. хороший континентальный завтрак, готовят по запросу омлет. комната больше чем ожидала. санузел просторный. душ с хорошим напором горячей воды. приветливые парни на ресепшене.
удобная кроват с хорошим матрасом, и приятным бельем.
балкон во двор. было тихо. я хорошо высыпалась.

Cons:

нет кофемашины, на завтрак только растворимый кофе. но на соседней улице Art Cinema - коворкинг и кафе, ходила к ним за хорошим кофе, а вечером кино под вино.
нет сейфа. фен очень-очень слабый.

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение отеля, чистый большой номер, кровать с удобным матрасом, балкон со стульями и столиком. И очень вкусный завтрак (шведский стол). Милые и заботливые сотрудницы кухни были внимательны - помогли с вазой для цветов, поздравили с днем рождения.

Cons:

Все было отлично! Если вы уезжаете рано утром, то завтрак попросите сложить с собой днем предыдущего дня, вечером кухня не работает
