Если не боитесь лестниц и горочек рекомендую
Pros:

Большой номер, удобная кровать, приличные завтраки, хорошее расположение, есть большие холлы в старинных интерьерах, можно посидеть компанией

Cons:

Нет лифтов, кому сложно подниматься имейте ввиду. Само здание расположено в горочку от основной улицы, метров 300, нам было не критично, но у кого есть проблемы или ограничения у итчвайте

Персонал супер👍 Местоположение в центре. Завтрак 👍 Стареньковато, но чистота на все 10 баллов. Каждый день убирают.

Cons:

Высоко по улице подниматься, с коляской с ребенком чуть трудновато было.

Pros:

Kényelmesen nagy tér volt a szobában. 5 éjszakát aludtunk ott. A reggeli finom volt, és jó választékban. Ha valaki a hibáktól el tud tekinteni összességében elfogadható... A közös nappali szép és hatalmas volt. Ún

Nem volt takarítás a szobában. Csak a szemetest ürítették ki és két alkalommal cseréltek törölközőt. Reggelizni csak 9 óra után lehetett, de a programunkra többször is 8 órakor kellett indulni. Hideg csomagra nem volt lehetőség. A több emeletes épületben nincs lift. A fürdőszoba felújítást igényel, sok letört dolog maradványa, törött burkolók...

Pros:

Прекрасное местоположение отеля. Все достопримечательности находятся рядом. Прекрасный и отзывчивый персонал. Очень вкусный завтрак, довольно питательный.
В номере убирались каждый день, полотенца меняли каждый день и приносили воду.

Прекрасный вариант
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение. Чисто. Завтрак сытный. Уезжали рано -дали с собой ланчбокс. Кондиционер!! Удобная кровать. С балкона номера 52, а также общего балкончика 5 этажа прекрасный вид на город. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. На обратном пути мы остановились в этой гостинице снова.

Cons:

В номерах есть телевизоры,но они увы не работают. Во время ЧМ по футболу это было неприятной неожиданностью. В душах нет шторки, вода льётся вовсюда, на первом этаже хлюпает под плиткой.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel as a group and booked three rooms. All of them had dirty floors, and two of the three rooms had no water or towels upon arrival. The showers had neither partitions nor curtains, so the entire bathroom floor flooded after every shower.

The staff left a poor impression. The receptionists showed little interest in resolving issues. When our room key got stuck in the door, we were simply told to wait until 1:00 PM for someone to fix it.

The breakfasts were decent for a three-star hotel. Special thanks to the woman working in the kitchen—she was the only staff member who was genuinely friendly and helpful. Since we had an early departure, she kindly prepared breakfast ahead of schedule.

Overall, I would only recommend this hotel for a one-night stay if there are no better alternatives.

Tblisi è una città meravigliosa, tranquilla, ma vivace, ospitale e ricca di cultura.
Pros:

La gentilezza austera dello staff e l'aria che si respira nel quartiere. A ridosso di Rustaveli Avenue, Parlamento, Opera House, chiese ortodosse, negozi di tutti i tipi, cambiavalute, banchetti nei quali ti servono spremute di melograno e agrumi, pasticcerie meravigliose. Palazzi neoclassici, con facciate importanti e, nello stesso tempo, tanta modernità.. Posizione strategica!

Cons:

L'arredamento un po' troppo spartano, da rinnovare..

Good value and location. Nice roof terrace.
Pros:

Location is great between the old town and the bar/restaurant area around Rustaveli Metro.

We loved our big roof terrace on the 5th floor.

Cons:

Room perhaps slightly dated
We stayed 3 nights and our room didn’t get cleaned (despite asking).
The hotel could be so much nicer with a few improvements.

Pros:

Большие (просто огромные по меркам отелей) номера и общие зоны.
Интересно было бы узнать историю этого дома и его хозяев. Библиотека, почти антикварная мебель, деревянная винтовая лестница, картины на стенах, ощущения очень необычные. В номерах чисто. Парковочное место во дворе есть - но оно только одно (максимум два) - поэтому не гарантировано. Завтраки неплохие - омлет, сосиски, творог, сыр, колбаса. Кофе только растворимый. В номерах есть чайник и холодильник.

Cons:

В душе нет бортика - вода заливается к унитазу. Пару раз были проблемы с водой. И во дворе расположена веранда ресторана - одну ночь тоже было очень шумно до 2 часов ночи
