Pros:

部屋が広くてシンプルで、使いやすかったです。一階でしたが、騒音等も気にならず、ゆったり過ごせました。

Cons:

物を落として探していた際ベッドの下を覗き込んだら、色々なゴミが落ちており、たばこも落ちていました(吸う前のものでしたが)。　バスタブの縁もヌメヌメしており、清掃に疑問が残りました。

特に汚い箇所も無く気になる点がなかった

Cons:

利用日に周辺に駐車場が無く、探すのに時間がかかったた早急に隣のパーキングを利用できるようにしたほうが良い

値段相応です。
Pros:

部屋はまあまあ綺麗で、お値段相応って感じでした。
隣人の声なども聞こえることなく、快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

洗濯機が使えなかったです。
脱水ボタン押したのに出来ず、洋服びったびたでした。
また、前泊者のゴミが部屋に置いてあり、不快でした。でかいGUの紙袋が棚の上に置きっぱなしでしたね。
