Comfortable Stay in London. Home away from home.
Pros:

Home away from home. It was a pleasant, quiet residential place. Location near to the buses and underground. The owner allowed laundry and cooking facilities. When staying there, the other occupants were quiet.

Cons:

Was slightly early and took a long time to get into the place. Best for instructions to be given in advice to save that inconvenience. Good, it was not raining as there was nowhere to take shelter .

La chambre est spacieuse et le lit est confortable, ventilateur a disposition au vue de la chaleur ce qui nous a sauvé 😅

La salle de bain qui est plutôt un point d’eau. Trop petite pièce clairement ce n’est pas une salle de bain. Pas de miroir , pas de lavabo , aucune accroche pour les affaires. Espace tres restreint. Nous sommes resté du vendredi au lundi, a peine arrivé des cheveux étaient dans la douche, le lundi ils y étaient encore...

Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt, minden felszerelés jól működött és volt, ami kellett. A személyzet kedves volt és segítőkész. Ár-érték arányban teljesen jó.

Szuper közel a metró állomáshoz, bevásárlási lehetőségekhez. Tiszta és biztonságos környéken.

Cons:

A zuhany csaptelep időnként magától megállt, és sokára indult újra. Ez nem volt kényelmes. De minden más rendben volt.

A fuir si vous ne voulez pas trouver un autre logement en urgence
Cons:

Avant notre arrivé, l’établissement nous dit qu’il ne peut pas nous recevoir à cause d’un problème dans l’appartement et qu’il va nous reloger.
Il nous a envoyé dans un logement lamentable, nous avons dû quitter le logement et en relouer un autre en urgence.
Il a justifié à booking une sûr-réservation alors que j’ai réservé il y a 6 mois.

Overall, I had a good stay thanks to the convenient location and helpful landlord, although a few comfort and noise issu
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay here. It is very close to Tottenham Hale Station, and within just a 7-minute walk you can reach the shopping centre, including Lidl, TK Maxx, Greggs, Poundland, and more.

My room was on the second floor — Room 4 — and I shared the upstairs bathroom with Room 3. I was also allowed to use the kitchen and had a shelf in the fridge. There are some trays labelled with room numbers, but the landlord said it didn’t matter which one I used, so I used the empty tray labelled Room 1.

Toiletries, toilet paper, and a towel were also provided.

Cons:

The bed was making cracking noises whenever I moved or lay down. One night, someone cooked after 10 pm despite the house rules stating that cooking and using the washing machine are not allowed after that time, and the smell of fried onions came into my room. I informed the landlord, and he apologised for it.

During my stay, the landlord also had contractors replacing all the windows in the house. He asked permission before entering my room, which I appreciated and was absolutely fine with. However, that evening there was a very strong silicone smell in the room, and I had to keep the windows open throughout the night to ventilate it, even though it was quite cold outside (around 3–4°C).
