Beanstandung wegen dauernder Lärmbelästigung und Nichtnutzbarkeit des Balkons

Lage, Speiseraum, Beachclub ubd Meer.

Cons:

Hotelzimmer in die Jahre gekommen.
Dauernde!! Lärmbelästigung, speziell am Balkon, durch lautes und permanentes Geräusch der Außenventilatoren der Klimaanlagen am Dach des vorgelagerten Speisesaals des Hotels und am Dach des angebauten Casinos.Krach Tag und Nacht, auch durch die geschlossene Balkontür hörbar.
Eigentlich habe ich speziell ein Hotelzimmer mit Blick aufs Meer gebucht und dafür auch wesentlich mehr bezahlt, immerhin für 5N 976€ nur Ü & Frühstück. Es wurde mir wiederholt ein anderes Zimmer auf der ruhigeren Hotelseite in Aussicht gestellt aber leider erhielt ich ein solches trotzdem nicht. Auch eine Reduktion des Preises war nicht möglich da ich über booking.com gebucht habe.
Eine Gutschrift Ihrerseits wäre wünschenswert.

Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Cons:

I had a horrible experience at this hotel, and would not recommend it to anyone. Firstly, I didnt have functioning wifi in my room, which was a big problem since I was working while I was there. Despite all my efforts to have the issue resolved, including moving rooms, I was given no help. The manager of the hotel was especially unhelpful, and honestly, became quite hostile. He refused to let me out of the last two nights of my stay so I could go to another hotel with adequate wifi to work.

Aside from this, I was overall disappointed in the hotel. I was expecting something nice, and a little luxurious. This hotel is not that. It is run down, very expensive, and the pool (which was a big draw for me) resembled a community pool. It has very few umbrellas, the chairs are uncomfortable, there is no service, and they run out of towels early.

Csodálatos szálloda egy csodálatos helyen.
Pros:

A szálloda csodálatos, másodszor vagyunk itt. A reggeli pazar, bőséges egy gyönyörű teraszon. A szálloda elegáns és kutyabarát. A tenger pár perc séta hatalmas medencéje is van. Tökéletes a pihenésre.

Cons:

Kaphattunk volna olyan szobát ami a tengerre néz. Nyilván ez is gyönyörű volt de talán így lehetett volna még szebb. Talán jövőre.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, würde nochmals hinfahren.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, sogar mit Sekt. Geräumige Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Nahe am Meer, zu den Geschäften, sowie zu den Restaurants. Und doch mit einer bestimmten Distanz, sodass es nicht zu laut ist. Wirklich toll.

Cons:

Mir persönlich hat beim Frühstück das Gemüse und die Beschriftung der Marmelade und Aufstriche gefehlt.
Das WC-Papier wurde nicht nachgefüllt.
Im Spa-Bereich war es sehr schade, dass man keinen Whirlpool nutzen konnte.

Lieliska vieta atpūtai, kur var atgriezties.
Pros:

Lieliska viesnīca, atbilstošs kvalitātes un cenas savienojums. Ļoti tuvu pludmalei, promenādei, pieejams baseins. Lieliskas, daudzveidīgas brokastis.

Cons:

Auto stāvvieta nav iekļauta cenā. Ir iespējams novietot auto par papildus samaksu - 25 eur diennaktī.

Das Buffet, die Ruhe an den beiden kleinen Pools beim Hotel, die Lage.

Cons:

Dass das Wasser nach dem Duschen am Boden im Badezimmer einen See bildet, weil es keine Duschtüre gibt.
