Hotel pulito e organizzato,cibo abbondante anche se non sempre di qualità

Cons:

Lunghe attese per avere la camera.piscina esterna in hotel non c'era. Noi confronti di noi Italiani avevano un poi di insufficienza.

Für ein Wochenende ist das Hotel absolut zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr sauberer, schön gestalteter Eingangsbereich. Zimmer ebenfalls sauber und groß. Sehr freundliches Reinigungspersonal. Lage zentral, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl, frischen Früchten, Eigerichte uvm - hier ist für jede/n etwas dabei.
Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Bucht war herrlich.
Ein Ausflug nach Piran ist sehr empfehlenswert - wir haben uns bei einem Radverleih Räder gemietet - zu Fuß ist es doch ein Stück. Für ein Wochenende ist das Hotel absolut zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Der Empfang könnte freundlicher sein. Parkgebühren (€ 25,- pro Tag) sollten in dieser Hotelkategorie inkludiert sein…das sind bei 6 Nächten immerhin € 150,- zusätzlich!!!!!
Die Teppiche in den Zimmern sind Geschmacksache…für mich jedoch nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Abendessen ist bis 22:00 möglich, zeitgleich schließt jedoch auch die Hotelbar - schade, denn wir hätten diese gerne noch besucht.

Das Zimmer war Minnie und die Dusche in Zimmer Nr 406 sehr eng ....ich trage Größe 38 mein Mann Größe 50 .... Haare waschen sehr beengt

Odličen, bogat in raznolik zajtrk. Notranji bazen s pogledom v park in spa center, katerega je bilo moč koristiti tudi zjutraj, po zajtrku pred odhodom.

5 Sterne in dieser Qualität zu hoch eingestuft
Pros:

der Großteil des Personals war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, was aber auch zu erwarten sein sollte

Cons:

das Hotel ist schon etwas abgewohnt, das Frühstück war ausreichend aber etwas einfältig, täglich grüßt das Murmeltier. Das Abendbuffet hätte ich mir qualitativ besser virgestellt. Das man fürs parken extra bezahlen muss finde ich nicht ok vor allem auch weil die Parkmöglichkeiten in Portoroz generell nicht die besten sind. Bei der Buchungsänderung konnte keine Halbpension dazu gebucht werden und wäre bei der Vorort Buchung viel teurer gewesen. Abendessen erst ab 19:00 war uns dann doch etwas zu spät da wir ein 15 Monate altes Kleinkind dabei hatten. Alles in allem für mich kein 5 Stern Hotel.
