Pros:

Lage sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm und groß. Parkplätze genügend vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist in gehweite und der Bus fährt beim Hotel vorbei.

Es ist ein kleines Boutique-Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern. Bei einem erneuten Besuch in Budapest würden wir dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder in Betracht ziehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können es gerne weiterempfehlen.

A wonderful stay with lovely staff, delicious breakfast and a beautiful, peaceful historic setting.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly, making us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The accommodation was beautiful and situated in a peaceful, historic location full of character. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and a perfect way to start the day. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

What I liked most was the room. It was spacious, extremely comfortable, and had every detail you could possibly need. I also loved the bathroom, the sauna, and the coffee.

The lighting and the decoration were beautiful and perfectly thought out. Everything was just perfect.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the restaurant and bar service. One of the female waitresses in the mornings, a blonde woman, was particularly unpleasant towards us.

My English is not fluent, and she would make faces and seem annoyed whenever I needed to use Google Translate to communicate. I found her attitude very unprofessional and disappointing, especially in a hotel of this standard.
