Amazing hotel with great staff !
Pros:

Very friendly staff. The location was a great experience, and also it was very clean. The food was delicious and always prepared with care.
Beautiful hotel with great staff !

Cons:

A bit far by feet from the city centre of budapest. But the hotel itself was overall perfect!

Шикарный бутика-отель! Стиль, атмосфера как из Pinterest. Номер огромный, комфортный, стильный, шикарная кровать. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Расположение тоже идеальное. Понравилось абсолютно все с удовольствием вернемся снова. Спасибо!

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return if we visit Budapest again.
Pros:

Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic - comfortable and spacious. The food (we had breakfast and dinner) was also great.

Best Place in Budapest
Pros:

Location is brilliant - on Buda Hill so a bit quieter than Pest, also short walking distance to sights, restaurants, shopping on Buda Hill. Bus 16 stops a few steps from the hotel to take you up and down Buda Hill.
Restaurant is nice, food is fresh and delicious. Room service is also available.
Our room was wonderful! Ask for suite 43 with the balcony and you will not be disappointed. Plenty of space, a nice view from the balcony and very comfortable bed.
Best part though, is the staff. We felt like we were visiting friends in their home! Nothing was too much trouble and everyone is so professional yet personable.
We have stayed at many different hotels in Budapest but none compares to this boutique beauty

Sehr gute Entscheidung für eine intensive Erkundung des Burgviertels.
Pros:

Die Lage im Burgviertel ist phantastisch, nur wenige Meter bis zur Fischerbastei und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Betten sind weltklasse! Unmittelbar am Hotel stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung, die im Hotel mit 25 € pro Tag bezahlt werden können.
Vom Balkon unseres Zimmers hatten wir eine tolle Aussicht auf viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück à la carte ist ausbaufähig.

Cons:

本来觉得一切都很美好，但是退房的时候，因为visa出了点问题，我使用现金支付minibar的汽水，但被告知不能找回多出的钱，只能白白多支付，如果不能找零，是不是可以有一些其他补偿？主动给予相应金额的东西？这才让人舒服，否则感觉你自己的问题，多出钱活该，这种感觉太差了。最后我主动提出要带走一点汽水的时候，还是遭到了拒绝，理由是瓶子要回收。真是个笑话。客人的钱可以损失，你们的汽水瓶更值钱，对吗？

Suite was very nicely designed.
Pros:

Great location with good restaurant on site. We used this to put our kids to bed and have a nice meal with their still being close by. Parking is a must to reserve and is very convenient right by the property.

If you're hesitating, book it! This gorgeous hotel was worth every penny. It's achingly cool. The high ceilings, well placed art, beds you sink into - and dont want to leave. Excellent bar and restaurant. The staff were phenomenal. Unusually, I brought my 93 year old grandparents here on the last night of their river cruise and booked the apartment out for the whole of the next day so that they could nap and didn't go to the airport too tired. Not the usual customer. The staff treated my grandparents like royalty and we were really touched by their kindness.

Pros:

Lássuk csak. Először is az ágy :) Azt legszívesebben elvittem volna :) Minden szempontból kényelmes, sőt !!! Az a sok párna !!! Az egész szoba elrendezése csodás, a reggeli isteni, a személyzet pedig nagyon kedves volt.

Cons:

Hogy nem sokat voltunk ott. A szállással nem volt gond, viszont összesítve nem lett volna baj, ha még egy napot legalább maradunk :)

Ein tolles Erlebnis, dass unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat
Pros:

Das sehr günstig gelegene Hotel mit seinem sehr freundlichen und hilfreichen Personal ist absolut empfehlenswert. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Burgberg war der Weg begleitet von tollem Flair, ruhige Seitenstraße und frohe Menschen an den Hotspots haben uns Buda zu einem Erlebnis werden lassen.

Cons:

Die kleinen negativen Dinge sind dem geschuldet, dass wir kein ungarisch sprechen und nicht optimal auf die kleinen täglichen Gepflogenheiten vorbereitet waren.

Ein schönes Hotel für ein entspanntes Wochenende im Flair des Burghügels.

Sehr freundliches Personal und die ruhige Lage auf dem Burghügel.

Cons:

Für vier Nächte war das Zimmer ein wenig beengt und es gab keine echte Sitzmöbel.
