The hotel located in main road, very easy to access. It’s very close to railway station, also you can get Didi very easy within 5 minutes. There are many restaurant and convenience store which very useful especially if you traveling with kids.
The concierge, Allan has been very helpful to me, help to bought the ticket to Beijing, and help to find nearby store to suits my needs.
Very recommended to stay here when you are in Shanghai 👏🏼👏🏼❤️❤️❤️

Great location, being right next to the Shangai Railway Station (Metro) on Line 1. The staff were also friendly and easy to communicate. The housekeeping also kept our room clean and equipped with new water bottles and towels.
I was not aware that they require a RMB 2000 deposit at the point of check-in. Since its a large sum, it should have been made clearer.
Nice bed and not bad location
We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was clean, modern, and exactly what we needed after long days exploring Shanghai.
The location is the hotel's biggest advantage. The entrance to the metro station is just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. We used public transportation throughout our stay and could quickly reach all the places we wanted to visit.
We would also like to thank the hotel staff for their kindness and flexibility. We arrived at the hotel at around 8:00 a.m., much earlier than the standard check-in time. After an 11-hour overnight flight with almost no sleep, we were exhausted. The team managed to prepare a room for us very quickly, allowing us to check in right away. We truly appreciated this gesture - it made a huge difference and gave us a wonderful start to our stay in Shanghai.
We did not try the breakfast, so we cannot comment on it, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay

Its very convenient and right next to train station and metro. The staff was very kind and attentive, they helped to answer my request. Highly recommended. Especially Tina, she helped my check in smoothly and made me feel welcomed.
