No support service personnel or staff were available to report the electricity issue during the night shift. Power was restored at 7:00 AM.

April 18-19we stayed in this property and no electricity for whole night

Cons:

We stayed for one night at Gardenia (Voya Home) in Munnar. There was no electricity the whole night and the generator was also not working. We informed the property at night but the issue was not resolved. We could not sleep and the stay was very uncomfortable. Since basic facility like electricity was not provided, we request a full refund for this booking. Please help resolve this
