Good stay, as always
Pros:

Room was comfortable and spacious, great breakfast spread- fresh and tasty, all staff are very polite and attentive. The follow up by operators on requests is a plus.

Cons:

Daily cleaning of toilet bowl is falling short (if the water supply is dirty, the hotel must try to maintain the cleanliness). Also, the toilet bowl had dirty spots which was the first thing visible when the bathroom door was opened, so this must really be attended to. Need maintenance of the flush button, upgrading of switches, no extra hooks in the bath area to hang up stuff. The toilet roll holders were fixed in an area that was really difficult to reach and fixed so low, the paper kept unrolling onto the floor which was quite off putting. Must upgrade and maintain rooms to keep your guests coming back.

Pros:

It was busy at checking in counter when we arrived. But miss H took extra initiative to get us checked in soonest. Weldone.

The Hotel was a great find
Pros:

The Staff was the main Asset of the Hotel. They were truly exceptional. From the Girl who checked us in to Amna, Aliza, Mr. Ram, to Rab were amazing to name a few. However naming these staff members does injustice to the rest whom I couldn’t get the names. The staff in general made you feel so welcome. The food was also exceptional. Especially the Breakfast.

Excellent staff and great dining
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, wise selection of local and international food. Staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. Special mention to Ramya and Priya for exceptional service. The hotel is super clean and has a decent gym, swimming pool and spa facilities.

Cons:

We were booked on first night in a smoking floor and changed into a nonsmoking floor but the new room had a strong smell which I suspect was the drains or from AC. Ramya assisted us to get a new room which was fine.

Good stay for a leisure holidays
Pros:

Stayed in deluxe king room and the hotel offers high floor rooms with a good city view.. nice clean room , comfy beds and excellent free internet .. staff were very friendly and overall a very pleasurable stay

Cons:

Breakfast / room dining was good but did not have varieties and the taste was just average..

Cons:

There was no conditioner provided. Only shampoo was provided. I had to buy conditioner from shop outside since our hair started turning frizzy without conditioner.
