We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. They were cheerful and helpful.

Cons:

On a very hot night the air conditioning did not work, however the staff did all they could to help and moved us the next day to a better room.

Worried about my personnel info leaked to scammers
Cons:

My personal data was leaked online (me and other hotel customers received phishing WhatsApp messages containing my name/date of stay at the hotel). The personnel is « investigating » but hasn’t warned any of their customers (saying they are waiting to know the cause of the leak)

המיקום טוב ליד הפארק. החדר היה קומה ראשונה והיה צריך לעלות מעלית ולרדת מדרגות ואז החלון ממש מול הרחוב.

Cons:

Camera con soffitto molto basso, il costo della camera vale solo per posizione. La parte antistante la camera e le aree comuni trascurate e sporca.

Great location! Great hotel and value for money
Pros:

All the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The room was comfortable and clean, it had all we needed.
Great location! And they have an elevator which very important with lots of luggage

La habitación individual pequeña, con poca ventilacion, pero cómoda para lo que yo la necesitaba. Completa y moderna. Faltaba un retoque de limpieza en techos o mesa pero todo bien. Lo que tuve que usar, perfecto

Bien mais peut mieux faire.
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique.
Emplacement idéal a quelques pas des stations de tramway desservant la gare.
La salle de bain spacieuse.
La propreté.

Cons:

Le lit beaucoup trop petit ainsi que la literie. Le lit grince a chaques mouvements.
Le prix était assez élevé pour une chambre très très petite.
La vue de la chambre inexistante puisque la fenêtre donne sur la fenêtre d'en face.
