The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our needs: finding a last minute guide to Cerros de Mavicure, having a functional aircon in the room, keeping our luggage until the returning from the forest, guiding and recommendations for Inirida City

Late at night hotel's door was closed and was difficult to get inside.
