Pros:

Great room as we were at the front apartment great location. My brother had an apartment at the rear which wasn't so good as regards his view

Cons:

Leak at the shower screen or under the vanity unit as we were only there 4 nights it was fine

Overall, our stay was good. It would be better without the cockroaches!
Pros:

Central location, clean rooms (bed sheets, bathroom, daily clean service).

Cons:

Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in both of the rooms we rented.
No option to leave our luggage at the hotel before checkin.

Dupa aceata cazare verific gazarie mai bine.
Pros:

Mi-a placut ca avea balcon si ca se facea curat zilnic.

Cons:

Luminile pe balcon( care noapte se aprind si lumineaza continuu si nu le poti stinge), gălăgia din jur(non stop e galagie afara, e aproape de strada si se aud oameni, motociclete si masini), aerul condiționat care bate pe pat. Pernele, iincomode in toate cele 5 zile petrecute, mi-au creat o durere ingrozitoare de gat si daca ai 1,96 inaltime iti ies picioarele din pat. Gandaci exista, am omorat unul, dar in capitala de unde vin sunt peste tot.

It was in a fantastic location and was very modern. TV was handy and the bathroom was lovely. Enough space for 2 guests.

Cons:

There were large cockroaches around the property. We had tried our best to ensure none were in the apartment before leaving for the day but when we arrived back, there were one or two around the room. I suspect it’s because the cleaner had left the doors open while tidying as we took care to ensure all drains and windows were closed.

The location is nice and the cleaning ladies are extremely nice and kind, huge respect to them.

Cons:

Our stay was extremely disappointing.

The biggest issue was that we had no internet for our entire vacation. We called the support hotline every single day for five days. Each time we were told it was a provider issue and that someone would contact us with an update. Nobody ever did. Eventually, they even stopped replying to our messages. Our messages through Booking.com were also completely ignored.

On top of that, the coffee machine did not work, so we couldn’t even make coffee or tea in our room.

To make matters worse, my pajamas was accidentally taken away together with the bed linen. This issue also remained unresolved for two days. The only people who actually helped us were the cleaning ladies. They were incredibly kind, sweet and proactive—they personally called the laundry service, found my pajamas, and made sure they were returned to me. A huge thank you to them for their help and professionalism!

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the rest of the “staff” (if you can even call them that). The call center was an absolute nightmare, no one took responsibility, no one followed up, and nothing was ever resolved through them.

During the last days of our stay, the bathroom drain became completely clogged, making it very inconvenient to use.

If you are considering booking these apartments, keep in mind that there is no reception and no staff on site. The only way to get help is through a call center, but in our experience it was completely useless. We were ignored throughout our stay, and almost none of our problems were resolved. The only positive experience we had was with the cleaning staff, who were the only people willing to genuinely help us.

Unfortunately, this level of customer service made our vacation much more stressful than it should have been.

Pros:

La localisation était idéale et très calme, la chambre était parfaitement propre.

Cons:

Pas toujours facile de se garer à proximité, la porte de notre chambre était resté une fois ouverte après le passage de la femme de ménage.
