Pros:

Location is really good and dinning area staff is really good and always help to help.

Cons:

Room are small and very dated considering Main reception and dining area is upgraded and modren. It desperately need upgraded all the bedroom.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist ganz nett. Metrobus 300m entfernt.

Cons:

Achtung, das Hotel will keine kartenzahlung, obwohl booking.com das als Möglichkeit angibt.

Pros:

I have stayed at Envoy Continental twice now, and although it may not officially be a five-star hotel, the service is truly five-star plus. The staff are exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and generous with complimentary hot and cold drinks throughout the stay.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. From the bellboys to the reception team and breakfast staff, everyone went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were looked after.
I would especially like to thank both of the bellboys named Mr. Qadir — from both the day and night shifts — for their excellent service and professionalism. The reception staff were also extremely helpful in arranging a rental car for me and ensuring that everything went smoothly during our stay.
Because of the outstanding customer service at Envoy Continental, I even cancelled my booking at Mövenpick Hotel to return here instead.
I highly recommend this hotel to overseas Pakistanis, foreigners, families, and anyone visiting Islamabad. This was my second stay, and I will definitely stay here again in the future. I would like to thank you Mr Waleed at the front desk for excellent customer service 👍

A great hotel to stay, very respective staff and value for money.
Pros:

The staff is very polite specially Mr. Waleed at the reception. The room service is great and on time. Ambiance is good and rooms are properly maintained. I always enjoy my stay here

We loved our stay at this envoy continental hotel and would recommend it to friends and family
Pros:

The breakfast was very good with a good selection of buffet dishes. The dining area was very clean and well managed by the staff who were very friendly. To our surprise we checked out at 5am and we were given breakfast prepared only for us which we requested from the manager who was happy to accept our request.

Cons:

We were very happy with everything so can not fault it, well done keep up the great work by all the staff.

It was a good stay in general but lacked what the 4 star hotels in Lahore have, they need to improve the wifi.

The WiFi was not good at all , only had proper wifi at the reception area. Also there were some mosquitoes in our room!

I'm never going there again.
Pros:

Easy location.

Cons:

Stay away from this hotel. They charge you as much as Serena Islamabad and give you shit rooms. For the first time in my life I went to the reception and demanded a refund because the room was third rate and the price exorbitant.

Perfect, clean, excellent location, amazing breakfast.
Pros:

Exceptionally great staff from guard at the entrance to receptionist, waiters everyone. To name a few Qadeer, Ahsan, Ali and Syed Mahtab Hussain had been great in helping out and made sure I am comfortable during my solo stay. I felt safe and comfortable and hotel staff made sure I always have everything I needed.
I often ordered room service late at night due to work commitments, which was also served perfectly well on request. I am already planning my next stay in summers with them.
