Made My Guadalajara Trip Wonderful
Pros:

Wonderful staff from front desk to housekeeping. Great location at the heart of the historic downtown. Room is uniquely decorated and lovely adorned. Everything is clean and very comfortable. The restaurant El Particular is amazing too!

Hermoso lugar, nos encantaron todos los detalles del lugar. Conservaron muchos artículos del ex-convento, lo remodelaron muy bonito. Es un lugar con mucha historia, comodo, centrico y hermoso.

Excellent place for a stay in Guadalajara.
Pros:

Beautiful building with large comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is excellent. Location is a short walk from the historic center, yet is quiet at night.

We will definitely stay again!
Pros:

Amazing boutique hotel, a little gem! This place has so much charm with many amenities. We had breakfast in the cafe in the hotel and it was delicious. It is close to many restaurants and beautiful center city.

Cons:

We loved everything about Palpatio!

Charming. Good staff.
Pros:

Location is isolated. The restarts only open 8-5. There is nowhere near to even buy a coke. 5 blocks from main square. But charming and we are very happy with our stay.

Cons:

Electronic keys had to be constantly updated. TV was difficult to navigate.

Great service, simple and poor amenities
Pros:

It was on the historic center, so it was easy to catch an Uber. Staff was superb and the restaurant is great

Cons:

Furnature was damaged, old and even though hotels in historic center can´t change much, there is much to be improved. Beds were not comfortable, space was tight, I was definitively expecting much more for the price
