Hotellet var alt det man kun håbe på. Alt var som det skulle være og man kunne virkelig bare have en afslappende dag ude
Pros:

Personalet var simpelthen så søde, og stedet gav virkelig bare den helt rigtige stemning, til en ordentlig omgang afslapning.

Jeg havde også fødselsdag dagen for vores afrejse. Hvor de var meget søde og fik skaffet en lækker fødselsdag kage.

Cons:

Der var lidt meget arbejdsstøj fra den nye byggeplads

Slice of paradise
Pros:

If I could give a 12 I would give it. Slice of paradise!! Low season, we were basically the only guests. The sea was flat and clear, there were two pools to enjoy, and the staff is amazing. There was no breakfast buffet but we could choose à la carte. Second day our cappuccinos were out in front of us without asking 😁
The sea front bungalow had connecting doors so we and the kids were in our own little house. Close to the complementary kayaks and the very well equipped outdoor gym. There were a couple of bikes, and the resort staff organized some scooters for us. Pierre from the sailing school (super friendly too!!!) could have taught us sailing if we had had more time.
There are a couple of restaurants nearby, but if you are not the best seafood eater (like us) just stay in Peppercorn. Everything we tasted from the kitchen, including home made brownie ice cream, was very tasty and way better than the places around. And better in price/quality/quantity too.
If you can pick one place to go on Phu Quoc, definitely pick this one!!

As friendly as the staff were, the place isn’t up to par with what you pay for a resort getaway.
Pros:

You feel tucked away in the north of the island. The small staff was friendly.

Cons:

They ask you to throw your dirty toilet paper in the trash. Gross and unhygienic.
The beachfront is pretty until you step in and see all the litter.
Staff was friendly but often times hard to find anyone. Reception desk and breakfast were over an hour late about everyday.
Laundry service tries to charge per article of clothing, like one pair of pants is 50k alone. Local laundromat and everywhere else I’ve been is about 50k per kilo.

Super rahulik paradiisi-oaas
Pros:

Personal oli väga meeldiv ning oskasid hästi ingliskeelt. Aed oli super ilus. Väga vaikne ja rahulik. Rand ilus, osaliselt kividega ja ka liivane osa olemas. Väga mõnusaid privaatseid puhkamisekohti rannas ja aias. Majad super puhtad ja mugavad. Hommikusöök super hea, lastele väga meeldis. Valikuid palju. Väga hea koht lõõgastumiseks kärast eemal

Asukoht kõigest eemal taksot keeruline saada. Ümbruskonnas midagi eriti teha pole.

Enjoyed it, food great, service great, shame about the location of room and subsequent problems.
Pros:

Location of cottages on the beach is amazing. Food was very good. Breakfasts were wonderful. Service is so friendly.

Cons:

We found that our reservation through Booking. Com was much more expensive than if we had booked directly, and clearly there is a room for booking.com reservations. When they say only one room left on the website it means there is only one room available for booking.com. So furthest cottage from the hotel gets worst WiFi, last of the hot water and a dodgy air con.

Pas le luxe et la serenite auxquels ont s’attend
Pros:

Hôtel plutôt charmant avec espace restaurant mignon, coin bibliothèque et jolis cottages
Petit dej pas « exceptionnel » mais de très bonne qualité en comparaison avec d’autres établissements
La fontaine à eau en libre service

Cons:

Prix de la nuitée très élevé pour le coin, et un rapport qualité-prix qui n’est pas à la hauteur. La chambre est spacieuse et propre (mais il faut demander le ménage chaque jour, sinon personne ne passe faire le lit), le jardin mignon mais le côté plage de sable est artificiel (3 mètres de vraie plage, le reste est surélevé, bétonné), la piscine d’eau de mer remplie avec une pompe à essence le matin. Certains transats sont éventrés, il faudrait remplacer le mobilier !
La piscine est dégradée et l’eau pas franchement claire.
La salle de sport est vétuste et c’est peu dire : la poulie est lâche et inutilisable, les barres rouillées, pas d’éclairage, ne comptez pas faire autre chose que des étirements.
Il y a un terrain privé qui passe au milieu de l’hôtel, ce n’est pas grave, mais ce n’est pas signifié dans l’annonce.
Après, l’hôtel n’y est pour rien, mais il n’y a strictement à voir dans les environs (ne vous fiez pas aux recommandations du personnel d’aller au « village de pêcheurs » sur la plagette pour déjeuner, le lieu est sale et mort). Le côté soit disant « nature » du nord de l’île n’y est pas, si ce n’est que c’est loin de tout, au plus proche de l’affreux SunWorld.

Very relaxing. Food was great.

Only thing to say it was a little tired but in no way did this detract from our experience. Compensated by location and brilliant team

Pros:

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und die Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Lediglich der Pool direkt am Meer, sollte entweder täglich gereinigt oder abgerissen werden. Während unseres 8 tägigem Aufenthalt wurde der Pool nicht gereinigt. Zugegeben war das Meer tageweise etwas rauher und hat den Dreck in diesen Pool gespült. Die Reinigung von Dreck inkl. Wassertausch hätte aber spätestens am nächsten schönen Tag stattfinden können / sollen. Ein Hinweis über den nicht durch das Hotel gepflegten Pool in den einschlägigen Foren und Hotelportalen wäre ebenfalls toll

Pros:

Отличное уединенное место. Чистое море и территория. Звезды и кораллы. Отличная кухня. Цены на еду в отеле не высокие. Отличный массаж.

Cons:

Обстановочку в номере можно и поменять. Както аскетично.
