Melhor hostel que ja fiquei, vale o preço
Pros:

Extremamente limpo, tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro, ter um banheiro exclusivo pro quarto feminino é comodo e privativo! Mesmo sendo um hostel de festas, as instalações tem isolamento fazendo com que o som não atrapalhe no sono!

Disappointing experience. From my perspective, El Viajero Arequipa seems more focused on generating revenue from its guests than on making them feel welcome, comfortable, and satisfied with their stay.

The service at reception was particularly disappointing. The receptionist lacked the warmth, professionalism, and basic customer-service skills I would expect from someone in such a Host position. A receptionist is essentially the face of the hostel and sets the tone for the entire guest experience. Unfortunately, her attitude did not make us feel welcome or well taken care of, which raises concerns about the overall level of hospitality at the property.

Another issue was the policy regarding drinks in the common areas. The pool and terrace have a bar, but guests are not allowed to bring in beverages from outside, not even something as basic as water or a soft drink. This essentially forces guests to purchase drinks from the bar, where prices are considerably higher. I understand wanting to encourage guests to use the bar, but restricting even basic refreshments in a common area feels excessive.

The terrace and the view are beautiful, and it may be a nice place to stop by for a drink and enjoy the scenery. However, as a lodging experience, I would not recommend it. In my opinion, the hostel needs a much stronger focus on hospitality, guest satisfaction, and making people feel genuinely welcome.

Pros:

I had a really great experience. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also very helpful and the activities were organised very well. Rooftop was also really nice. I would recommend it!

Emplacement, chambre, propre, douche, personnel… presque tout

Cons:

La fenêtre de notre chambre étant cassée et ne fermant pas, nous entendions tout dans l’établissement et surtout la musique du rooftop qui pour le coup est trop forte et dure jusqu’à trop tard!

Perfect location, great atmosphere to meet new people if you travel alone, the food is amazing, and the rooms are always clean. The staff was also very friendly! It was a great experience staying in the viajero !
