Nous avons apprécié son emplacement. le gérant est une personne très agréable à solutionner très rapidement. Notre problème (nous avons changé de chambre car elle était très très sombre.)

Quand nous sommes arrivés, notre chambre était très sombre, en plus il y avait des travaux de partout, chose que je n’avais pas vu lors de ma réservation… Une fois la réservation faite et que le paiement a été effectué, j’ai reçu de suite un e-mail m’expliquant qu’il y avait des travaux toute la journée dans tout l’établissement..
Nous avons pu changer de chambre grâce au gérant des réservations qui fut très aimable et sympathique! Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une nouvelle chambre avec énormément de luminosité naturelle. Concernant la piscine il y avait du grillage tout autour avec très peu de mobilier… certainement en raison des travaux, mais je trouve que lors des réservations, il faudrait mettre en avant ces travaux!!

No recomendable. No es un sitio agradable estar entre obras
Cons:

Esta todo en obras. Con materiales por los pasillos y sucios .Todo el edificio con andamios. Ventanas sucias y olor a obra en la habitación. La habitación vieja, con aspecto antiguo. Sin renovar desde hace 45 años. Y para rematar, la piscina con vallas y llena de material de obra.

Ideal para unos días por Madrid

El apartamento es ideal para pasar unos días en Madrid. Tiene de todo lo necesario para descansar una vez pateada la ciudad.. La ubicación es muy buena. Muy bien comunicado y rodeado de servicios. La habitación tiene bastantes muebles para colocar ropa y comida, espacio muy bien aprovechado. Bien climatizado.

Cons:

Tenía obras en los espacios comunes pero se nos aviso antes por el alojamiento. Pudimos ver como va a quedar una vez termine por dentro y tiene muy buena pinta.
