Please note that from 29/12/2024 to 31/07/2026 refurbishment and improvement works will be carried out in the building, which will mainly affect the façades and communal areas. Although the floors that are directly affected will be blocked off, please be aware that there may be a higher level of noise from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00, occasional dirt in the building, scaffolding installed outside, construction personnel passing through the common areas and/or the collection of material in certain controlled areas.

Edificio en obras, no está en condiciones para alojarse, debería estar cerrado
Cons:

El edificio está en obras. Es cierto que una vez has hehco la reserva te avisan po mail que están trabajando en el edificio y que puede haber polvo y ruidos. Pero por mucho que avisen, no está en condiciones para alojarse. Estos apartaments deberían estar cerrados hasta que acaben las obras, el ruido es muy fuerte durante todo el día.

Todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta.
Pros:

Apartamento muy tranquilo, limpio y con una ubicación excelente. Perfecto para descansar y moverse cómodamente por Madrid. Muy recomendable.

Que todo el edificio estaba en construcción x lo que la piscina no pudo usarse, los ascensores las alfombras y todo el ingreso estaba sucio. El ruido de los obreros comenzaba a las 8 am. Fue terrorífico y resultó carísimo por lo mal que lo pasamos. No pudimos ni abrir las ventanas porque teníamos obreros en andamios del
Otro lado. En esas condiciones no tendrían que haberlo ofrecido. Llegamos a Madrid muy tarde y por eso no pudimos ponernos a buscar otro alojamiento. Y ya había hecho la reserva por booking. Luego observé que booking me había enviado un mensaje explicando la situación. Cuando lo vi ya era tarde. Demando la devolución del total o al menos la mitad de la tarifa abonada ya que no pude utilizar los servicios q pagué. Hacía mucho calor más de 30 grados y la piscina estaba llena pero no se permitió el
Uso. Y el descanso fue escaso por las idas y venidas y ruidos de los obreros. Fueron 3 noches de terror.

Todo ! Mal olor, sin aire acondicionado, aseo 1 vez y mal hecho, no cambian sábanas y mucho menos hacer la cama, solo la cierran, están remodelando el edificio por fuera y dentro, mucha bulla y polvo, había que pedir papel higiénico a cada rato porque tampoco lo reponían, todo muy malo, nunca más iré.
