Fantastic!!
Pros:

We liked everything about this hotel. They upgraded one of our rooms for free because we needed the two rooms to be next to each other. The staff were super friendly, especially Soad and Stefan. The location is fantastic. The breakfast was super! We also had dinner twice at the restaurant and it was so good. We felt totally at home.

I don’t recommend this hotel. There are better options, for a better price in Poiana Brasov.

Cons:

The parking was very uncomfortable, the barrier was not opening automatically, I had to call the reception all the time.
The staff - not very friendly.
The breakfast - very poor. Price/quality - very low. It lasted until 10AM, and after that it was not possible to order anything, even a la carte.

Our stay at Swissôtel Poiana Brașov was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth and professionalism. The staff were outstanding, and the managers deserve special recognition for creating such a welcoming and well-organized atmosphere. Their attention to detail and genuine care for every guest made our visit extra special.
The hotel itself is one of the most luxurious places we have ever stayed. The elegant rooms, beautiful mountain views, and first-class facilities made every moment enjoyable. Even though our stay was short, it was an amazing experience that left us wanting to come back.
Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We highly recommend Swissôtel Poiana Brașov to anyone looking for luxury, outstanding service, and an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to return!

מלון מעולה, רמה גבוהה מאד. שירות מצוין.
Pros:

מלון מצוין בפויאנה בראשוב.
השירות היה מעולה לאורך כל השהייה.
חדר גדול ומרווח, מסעדה מצויינת לארוחת בוקר וערב.
ספא קטן ומפנק אחרי יום טיול.

Cons:

הכול היה מצוין.
היתה בעיה במזגן בלילה הראשון, למחרת טיפלו בבעיה עד שנפתרה, שירות מצוין.

Apartamentul cu jacuzzi privat face diferența!
Pros:

Ne-a plăcut apartamentul cu jacuzzi privat, care oferă un plus de confort și intimitate și face experiența cu adevărat specială. Personalul a fost amabil și profesionist, iar hotelul este elegant și bine întreținut.

Cons:

Totuși, au existat și câteva aspecte care, în opinia noastră, pot fi îmbunătățite. Salteaua nu ni s-a părut confortabilă, iar micul dejun nu s-a ridicat la nivelul așteptărilor pentru un hotel de 5 stele…
