Cons:

Am fost întâmpinați cu căldură de doorman, iar echipa de la check-in a fost amabilă și profesionistă. De asemenea, atunci când am sunat la recepție, mi s-a răspuns folosind numele meu, un detaliu pe care îl apreciez și care reflectă standardele unui hotel de 5 stele

Din păcate, experiența a fost serios afectată de nivelul de curățenie din cameră, care nu a fost la standardul așteptat pentru un hotel de 5 stele și cu atât mai mult pentru un brand parte din Accor. Balconul și balustrada prezentau excremente de păsări, iar în chiuvetă am găsit urme de cereale vechi

În plus, baia de la intrare nu avea deloc gel de duș și șampon. Am solicitat și un fier de călcat la recepție, mi s-a confirmat că va fi trimis, însă acesta nu a mai ajuns deloc

Consider că aceste aspecte nu sunt acceptabile pentru nivelul hotelului și aștept cu interes un răspuns din partea dumneavoastră privind modul în care veți trata această situație.

Cons:

Nu mi a plăcut ca la un hotel de 5 stele , a trebuit sa plătesc parcarea in incinta hotelului 85 de lei pe zi.
Mi s- a părut anormal sa faca chestia asta ,mai ales pe timp de vara când in Poiana Brașov bătea vântul. Fiind foarte putini turiști. Înțeleg acest aspect pe timpul sezonului de iarna.

Amazing getaway
Pros:

The location is the greatest. The fact that the loft apartment has also a jacuzzi only adds to it’s greatness. The staff were very kind and quick to help us with our requests, even late at night. Too bad we only stayed there for one night. We also needed to bring some of our belongings to the hotel room before the check in hour, and they were flexible with our request.

Cons:

Even though we mentioned from the beginning that we’re making the reservation for 5 persons, when we arrived there, we didn’t have any spare sheets for the sofa, and we were also missing the 5th pair of slippers/bath robe. Luckily, we rang the receptionist and he was eager to help us and provided us with everything we needed.
