Muy buen hotel 5 estrellas de montaña.
Pros:

Habitación amplia, moderna y muy limpia.
La cama y almohadas extraordinarias.

Cons:

No nos avisaron que el parking era de pago, lo cobraron al final, pero eso hay que avisarlo.

Hotel frumos, păcat de personal și de experiența cu restaurantul
Pros:

Locația hotelului este foarte bună. Aspectul general, camera și tot ceea ce ține de confort sunt foarte ok. Camera este spațioasă și foarte bine antifonată - nu se aude deloc zgomotul de afară. Baia este mare, iar chicineta este decentă, însă destul de slab dotată; de exemplu, nu am găsit tacâmuri.

Cons:

Din pacate, experienta cu room service-ul si restaurantul a lasat mult de dorit. Am ajuns in jurul orei 20:00 si, fiind informati ca restaurantul era foarte aglomerat, am optat pentru room service. La 20:50 am comandat doua portii de paste bolognese si un muschiulet de vita cu cartofi prajiti. Ni s-a spus ca dureaza aproximativ 20 de minute. Dupa 35 de minute am sunat din nou, fiind si cu un copil de 4 ani care astepta sa manance. Ni s-a spus ca mai dureaza 15 minute, insa mancarea a ajuns abia la 22:10, dupa aproximativ 1h20.

Din pacate, pastele erau reci si insuficient fierte, iar vita, comandata medium, era foarte facuta la exterior si aproape cruda in interior. Am mancat cat s-a putut pentru a nu ramane nemancati pana dimineata.

A doua zi, la micul dejun, am cerut un fresh de portocale din meniu, dar ni s-a adus suc de la dozator. Dupa ce am explicat din nou ce dorim, am primit fresh-ul. De asemenea, a fost neplacut sa auzim membri ai personalului vorbind urat despre clienti.

La checkout, receptionera ne-a intrebat cum a fost sederea. I-am povestit experienta cu restaurantul, iar raspunsul a fost: „Ne pare rau, daca nu plateati deja, poate puteam discuta cu restaurantul sa nu achitati mancarea.” Asadar, am ramas si cu mancarea platita, si in mare parte nemancata. Pentru un hotel de 5 stele, experienta cu restaurantul si personalul a fost mult sub asteptari.
