Location, though in the centre of the shopping area but surrounding residential area is very inhigenicg and messy
Front Office staff were very pleasant & polite.
Too many stairs and not accessible for the elderly and handicap guests, This is very common in Pakistan which do not cater to the elderly and handicap guests 🙄.

Location was okay. But the coffee machine was out of order. Tea was stale. Bakery was stale. Staff indifferent.
Complains are welcomed and steps arw taken to improve and overcome grudges of customers.
Still are of improvement is when somebody orders somethig from outside, staff refuses to get and deliver it to the room... this must be taken into conssideration as customer is paying for services.
I liked everything in the hotel..
