Location was great. Room size was decent. Mattress was very comfortable. Every staff member was welcoming and tried to accommodate all my requests. Manager on duty, Muhammad Iqbal was especially kind and made the check-in process hassle-free.
Location was central; convenient that it was right across the Atrium Mall. Cleaners were nice and they would ask what I need. There was some variety in breakfast buffet (it wasn’t only Pakistani like other places) and they were responsive to my needs for iron or dryer.
Shower was somewhat cold. Couldn’t get requested info on where I could cash in my credit card. There was a mischarge of services to my room though that resolved quickly.
