Hot water in private bathroom lasts only three minutes. Shower hose in dire need of repair. No hooks to hang towels.

Kitchen is not private, but shared with three other rooms - and missing some basics (hot water kettle, grater, deep bowls).

Sharing spaces should require the accommodation to provide clear rule signage and organisation so that living standards remain comfortable (i.e. designated storage spaces in kitchen cabinets and fridge, labels for where things go, cleaning up after each use, closing door to balcony if smoking, etc.).

we hadden geen lamp op de kamer , hebben dat bij aankomst aangegeven en ze zijn in die 2 weken de lamp niet komen repareren!
Er was een airco op de kamer maar van deze was er geen afstandsbediening, ook dat hebben wij doorgegeven maar hier werd helaas ook niets mee gedaan.
In de keuken was er weinig keuken materiaal aanwezig en wat er aanwezig was , was stuk of vies,
Koelkast bevroor alleen maar waardoor het eten ook bedorven was na een dag, vooral onze verse groenten.

La pire expérience que j'ai jamais eu .. Appartement assez éloigné du centre et Port environ 30mn de marche Séjour de 15 jours, dês la première semaine je me suis fais voler des affaires dans ma chambre alors que les autres locataires n étaient pas là, juste le temps de prendre une douche,.. j ai appelé directement l'établissement ou on m à répondu que ça n était jamais arrivé, que c était un endroit sécurisé et qu on allait me dédommager mais de ne rien dire à booking .. Je n ai jamais eu de nouvelles... il y avait du passage incessant dans cet appartement du personnel toujours différents, la femme de ménage qui fait venir une amie, un enfant, 2 chiens.. Un autre jour de nouvelles personnes .. bref, on ne se sent pas du tout chez soi.. Samedi soir 3 jours avant mon départ un homme vient réparer la salle de bain , à part une odeur d égout constant elle marchait quand même.. Et à mon retour le soir je constate qu il y a 1 trou dans le mur et impossible d utiliser la douche.. Bien entendu aucune nouvelle de personne. Heureusement que le service à la clientèle booking est top et à toujours assuré du début à la fin. Message à minuit de l établissement pour dire que ça ne sera pas réparer avant lundi, alors qu elle avait dit le lendemain à la première heure à booking. Il y avait une chambre avec salle de bain privé dans l appartement de disponible et qu elle aurait pu nous laisser en accès, mais non, elle propose juste d aller se doucher 3 étages en dessous à des heures précises.. J ai donc pris des douches tout le week-end en chauffant de l eau dans des casseroles. MINABLE!!!
Bien entendu aucune nouvelles de mes affaires voler et il a fallu que je sois en contact constant avec Booking qui ont étaient tous formidables afin que j obtienne un remboursement de 3 nuits .. La responsable de cet établissement n est pas du tout honnête et professionnelle.

Quartier excentré…30 min à pied du centre environ!mais pas gênant pour nous
3 étages sans ascenseur à préciser dans l’annonce…pas gênant pour nous

I was advised by the accomadation that there wasn’t an Airport shuttle and I had to use a taxi , when in fact there is a airport bus C6 that runs every 20 minutes over 24 hours .

The process to check in is initiated too late ( a day before travel) this does not allow for any complications . If there are any difficulties accessing the form or returning it . This can result in not having the check in details at time of arrival . The details are forwarded on day of arrival and in my case I do not have phone coverage when travelling . I just rely on the internet of my Accomadation or cafe Wi-Fi . On arrival I did not have the information on my phone to gain access or to contact the staff. It would have been useful if I had been informed of their check in policy prior to making my reservation . I was told it was for security reasons ( to stop this information being given to a third party and gaining access ! A French couple had difficulty gaining access because they had not completed the online form . They were stranded out side of the accomadation and refused entry until they completed it .

There was a complete lack of cooking trays to use for cooking things in the oven . Also no mixing bowls to prepare food .

The furniture in my room was particularly poor quality .

Quite thin walls, lack of privacy, broken shower head

Aucun chauffage dans les chambres et lieux communs, aucun chauffage d'appoint malgré de nombreuses demandes.

In the room was very cold. After 2 days I received an electric radiator and I was able to sleep ok. The TV was not working. The bathroom needs some improvements. The location is quite far from bus and train station, if you want to walk.
