Lovely room, fantastic staff and a great location . The breakfast was excellent. Order breakfast and it is delivered to your room or the Roof Top area. Very nice.
The bar was directly under our room. The soundproofing works well but bass sounds did get through to our room which was a bit annoying. However we knew on booking that the hotel had a commercial bar but it did continue to around 3.00am.
We really enjoyed our stay at Juan Rodriquez Hacienda. The staff was very accommodating, they let us check in over 3 hours early and offered us complimentary drinks while we waited for our room to be cleaned. The property itself is very well appointed, the roof top bar is lively, the breakfast was cooked to order and included in the price of the room and the property was perfectly located near the subway and all the things we wanted to do while in Athens. Would highly recommend!!
The location is perfect, close to many amenities and transport routes whilst not being flooded with people. The decor was exceptionally beautiful and grand, and maintained this aesthetic in every area. The housecleaning was thorough and to a high standard every time. Staff were friendly and accommodating, where every concern or question was treated promptly and professionally, always ensuring I felt comfortable and relaxed as a solo female traveller. Having the club below was perfect for me, as I loved falling asleep to the soft sounds of house music from below. But if that’s not for you, loop earplugs work well and the balcony doors are soundproofed to a high level. Sitting on the balcony with a cocktail, or on the stools outside the club next to candlelight, was an excellent way to wind down from the busy days exploring. The hotel has such great vibes, and I can’t wait to stay again!
Nothing! The only suggestion would be an expansion of the vegan/plant-based options for breakfast, but this is a very small point as everything else was wonderful!
Fantastisk takterrasse, gjennomført tema i hele hotellet, alt var av svært god kvalitet, svært god seng og nydelig liten balkong. Rommet var også lydtett.

Had a welcome drink and dried candied ginger! Very nice! Very welcoming staff who were very attentive. It was so close to Monastiraki station - convenient for all places in Athens.
You can hear a little bit of music at night when the bar is busy but it was fine for us.

Super hotel in a fantastic location. The staff are lovely, the rooms are fab, the facilities are boutique quality and the whole experience felt very smooth and well organised. Pro tip — this is a great hotel but an extra bonus is the location. It’s ideal for exploring Athens, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Enjoy! We did!

Veldig bra frokost som ble levert på rommet eller terrassen men hadde ønsket meg litt mer mat variasjoner etter fire netter.

The staff are warm, the breakfast is good, the rooms look nice and are clean! However this place is style over substance.
Kept up from 22-04.00 with music blaring and vibrating the hotel bed until 3.21am the room is not serviceable or fit for purpose. The basic requirements of a hotel are sleep.
They say the doors are “sound proofed” but not adequately enough in room 112. Our first night was HORRIFIC, and left us exhausted for our following day and ruined our last day in Athens. We asked to change rooms, which was accommodated after initially being told they were “fully booked”. Room 212 was better, but even up another floor you can still hear the music.
As people in their early 30s who live in a major city and party we are used to noise and pretty tolerant. This was a joke though and way beyond anything we have ever experienced while travelling across the world staying in hostels / hotels and apartments. Feel really bad for residents who live in the area and listen to it every night.
If you are booking do to not stay in room 112. It’s a real shame that they have missed on such a major point, and don’t seem to care that people need sleep / rest and don’t state clearly on their booking how noisy the place is. Will be reporting to booking.com as it needs to be clearer at booking what “party hotel” means - we just thought it meant a fun, convivial atmosphere.
