Pros:

Quarto confortável e limpo.

Cons:

Escolhemos o hotel por ter café da manhã, porém o mesmo só era serviço às 7h e todos os passeios saiam antes desse horário. Conseguimos tomar um dia do café da manhã e ele era simples com pão e ovo apenas.

Pros:

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and big. The staff were kind and helpful. I could leave my luggage even more than a week. They changed the everything every day, maybe it's not necessary would be great if there would be a choice. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

In the room for me was a bit cold but I think it's general in Perú. Breakfast was good and enough but could be helpful if they have a paper and list what is the offer because it was a bit confusing on the first morning even that I speak Spanish. I didn't know that there was juice included.

Pros:

Habitación amplia, cama cómoda. Tienen guardaequiaje y me permitieron late check out por una tarifa extra. Tiene una bonita vista desde el comedor

Cons:

No tienen zona de espera en la entrada, llegue temprano en la mañana y al preguntar donde podría esperar a que mi habitación esté lista me dijeron en el comedor en el 7mo piso. Dado que la mayoría de tours en Huaraz te buscan en el hotel toca esperar en las habitaciones a que lleguen a recogerte.
Algo a tener en cuenta es que la moneda del hotel es en dólares, así que el precio que sale en booking convertido en soles es solo referencial, te cobraran de acuerdo al tipo de cambio del hotel y sobre ello el IVA. Termine pagando mucho más de lo que booking me mostró.
El desayuno es básico no ofrecen frutas.

Cons:

Whilst breakfast was provided as it was from 0700-0900. This was usually too late for any day treks.
Whilst staff did not speak much English, they worked hard to translate information and be helpful

El WC se arrancó y el desayuno demasiado excaso (pan, mantequilla, mermelada, zumo y café )

Hôtel neuf propre et agréable.
Pros:

L’hôtel est en plein centre-ville. Tout est neuf et propre. Le petit déjeuner se prend au dernier étage avec une belle vue panoramique. Le personnel est toujours très agréable. Qualité prix imbattable.
