Séjour pendant les fêtes de Bayonne
Pros:

Rien à dire sur les chambres qui étaient propres. La douche est un peu petite.
Le personnel était très agréable.

Cons:

Néanmoins, nous y étions pendant les fêtes de Bayonne et des groupes de jeunes ont continué les festivités jusqu'au petit matin, sous nos chambres 2 soirs de suite. J'ai appelé le numéro d'urgence pour leur demander d'intervenir mais personne ne m'a jamais répondu. Il serait interessant de prévoir des veilleurs de nuit pour éviter ce type de désagréments.

Le confort des chambres et le fait que ça correspond aux photos

Cons:

Le personnel, nous somme venus pour les fêtes de bayonne et nous avons manquer la cérémonie d’ouverture du à l’incompétence du personnel.
Sur 3 personnes disponibles pour travailler 2 ont décidé d’entrer en pause des la possibilité de faire le Check in. Nous étions plus d’une vingtaine à attendre et étions tous pressés. Cependant le délai était réduit et lorsqu’est arrivés notre tour pour payer une erreur de 3€ nous a fait perdre 45 minutes. Nous étions censés payés 832€ conformément à l’application et 835€ selon l’hôtel. L’hôtel a insisté pour régler le système et que l’on paye 3€ de moins. Cela a eu pour résultat le fait que nous avons louper la cérémonie d’ouverture du à leur lenteur. Le prix n’est pas un problème mais ils n’ont pas voulu comprendre je leur ait dit je vous paye 1000€ si vous me laissez partir tout de suite. Très déçu d’avoir dû poser ma journée de mercredi dans le but d’assister à la cérémonie d’ouverture et de la manquer du à l’incompétence du personnel.

Dans l'ensemble pour quelques nuits c'est bien, le petit déjeuner 👎
Pros:

Petit déjeuner médiocre 😐

Cons:

Surtout le petit déjeuner, j'aurais préféré payer 3€ de plus et avoir des petits croissants, pains au chocolat,un peu de jambon, fromage, fruits.

Ottimo punto d'appoggio per la festa di bayonne
Pros:

Camere molto pulite e ben mantenute. In 20 minuti a piedi si arriva alla festa di Bayonne. Nei dintorni molti fast food e un supermercato.

Cons:

Camere molto molto piccole. Il bagno sembra quello di un camper. Van bene proprio solo come appoggio per dormire. Staff estremamente gentile, ma molto confusionario.

La clim et la chambre rénovée.... propreté au rendez-vous

Cons:

Panne de clim générale mais on nous a proposé un remboursement si on souhaitait partir. Ce fut le cas...Dommage !
