很危險的環境，很糟糕的態度，千萬別來住。

這是我住過最差勁的飯店，如果你想要撞到頭，就來住這家飯店。

飯店給我一間與預訂不同的房型，這個房間太危險了根本不能住人。

房間的牆壁傾斜還包含轉角，竟然還把插座放在傾斜的牆壁下面，導致我插完插頭站起來時，頭就撞到傾斜的牆壁及其轉角，頭非常疼痛，還腫起來，冰敷了兩個小時，想要就醫也聯繫不上飯店人員。

床上面的牆壁也是傾斜的，只要上床下床都會撞到頭，害我那一天不敢正常的躺著，必須要橫著躺，才不會撞到傾斜的牆壁，因此我整個晚上腳都在床的外面。

緊急聯繫飯店想尋求協助，希望協助換房間，飯店不但不關心我的傷勢，還推卸責任說是因為我使用插頭才撞到的，跟飯店的設施沒有關係。之後又推卸責任說是因我說盡量安排高樓層房間，是我自己要這一間的，跟他們沒關係。問題是這一間牆壁傾斜不能住人本就不該出租，櫃檯也沒告知，若他有告知我也不會住下。

一個飯店本來就該提供一個安全的環境，這個飯店提供的房間不安全，還一直推卸責任。環境設備老舊，浴室裡沒有排水孔，淋浴把水灑出浴缸就慘了。毛巾看起來是上一個客人用過的沒換。

別讓評價給騙了，千萬別來住。

Great value and nice staff!
Pros:

We enjoyed the value of our stay and the helpfulness of the staff, especially Min! They helped us contact businesses since we didn’t have a korean number and additional helped make sure our place was always fully cleaned and willing to keep our luggage after checkout.

Cons:

Only gripe is having to go to the next door building for laundry but it really is just a 10 second walk.

少し早く着いたら、Google Map で良いレビューを書くとアーリーチェックインさせてやると言われました。
断りましたが、結局入れてもらえました。
レビューは信用ならないと思います。
平面地図だと近いですが、坂の上です。大きい荷物を持っていて雨降っているとびしょびしょです。
シャワーのフックが壊れていて引っかかりません。
トイレの水がなかなか流れません。流れたと思ったら流れっぱなしになったらり、設備を直そうという気がなさそうです。

The front desks staff were young and cheerful and spoke english well. Yuri was 🫶👍🏼

Everything was very clean and the property looked new. It feels like a no frills budget hotel but the good kind.

Cons:

Only light cleaning daily (clearing rubbish) but i guess they wanted to be cost efficient.

從一開始訂房就能感受到飯店的用心，抵達方式非常仔細清楚，讓第一次來到首爾的我們非常順利的抵達飯店！飯店附近很熱鬧，交通非常便利，我們從金浦機場到飯店，搭AREX轉地鐵2號線，拉著行李慢慢走大約50分鐘左右就到了！到市區幾個大站都非常方便，我

櫃檯服務人員的英文都很好，溝通上非常順利，而且每個態度都超好，笑眯眯的超nice，退房當天的女生還送我們一人一個藥果，好開心❤️

Cons:

浴室的門關上時回發出很大的聲響，使用上沒有問題，但每次關門時都會特別小心，很怕太大力門會壞掉。
我有先錄影給櫃檯人員看，想說沒有長時間待在飯店就沒要求換房間了。

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and were extremely satisfied with everything. The entire hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

A special thank you goes to Yuri, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable. We would be happy to come back!

Struttura in posizione ottimale, vicina a servizi e metropolitana.
Staff molto accogliente, sono stato accolto da Min, molto cordiale e super disponibile!
Ho soggiornato solo due notti, ma la camera era confortevole.
Da rivedere la pulizia.
Se trovate Min ad accogliervi, sarete sicuramente trattati in maniera ottimale!

Wonderful rooms and good service
Pros:

The room was very well ventilated and clean. The lobby and the overall interior of the establishment was comfortable. The service was wonderful and Sue is such a nice receptionist, she helped us with no problem and we even shared a nice conversation.
