Pros:

I had a very pleasant four-day stay at First Stay Hongdae. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a neat room and a clean bathroom. Its location is very convenient, close to Sinchon Metro Station, making it easy to travel around Seoul and explore the city.

The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Special thanks to Sue, who was particularly helpful during check-out and made the process smooth and hassle-free.

Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend First Stay Hongdae to anyone visiting Seoul for its cleanliness, convenient location, and helpful staff!

Fantastic value for money
Pros:

The staff was super nice and in general very hospitable . Especially Yuri :). The hotel is located right next to Sinchon station and provides excellent value for money . Definitely recommend it!

Cons:

The toilet and shower are right next to each other.

Unexpectidly amazing.
Pros:

The staff was absolutely amazing. Offering little local gifts everytime I would see them or left in my room when I'd return at the hotel.

Cons:

The furnitures are traditional Korean ones that give the room a really nice vibe.

Pros:

Location is really good. Staff is friendly and supportive; we especially want to thank Yuri for her kindness and recommendations. Room is small but has everything that’s needed. It was also nice to have drinking water and tea/coffee provided in the cozy common area.

Cons:

There was a bit of light and sound coming from the devices in the room, such as WiFi router and air purifier.

Property in great location close to subway and Hongdae, great staff and value for money y
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location and very central to walk around Hongdae which is buzzing at night . Very close to subway also.

Cons:

Property is a little basic ie no breakfast , but rooms are very clean ands it’s great value for money . Staff are lovely , especially Jenny who was very helpful

以地點和價位來說算是CP值不錯的住宿選擇！
Pros:

地點非常好～
靠近新村站4號出口走路不到五分鐘
但最滿意的地方是櫃檯人員
特別是Yuri 除了英文相當流暢（日語也很流暢）
住宿這幾日剛好都有遇到她上班 幫了我們許多忙：）
官方也有提供line等許多可以在住宿期間隨時聯繫
事前使用booking的訊息也回覆快速

Comfy, well located and a perfect First Stay in Seoul.
Pros:

The location of the FIrstStay was perfect to our needs. We were visiting Seoul as a citytrip and explored the city a lot. The hotel is close to one of the buzzing districts in Seoul called Hongdae. You can easily reach the subway station Sinchon, which is also a cross-platform for various 'lines'. It made it easy for us to get to known places nearby without much hassle. Just down of the hotel there are 2 convenience stores, making it easy for you to grab a snack or drink for on the way.

The room was quiet, had a small window for fresh air, shower and toilet was working good, well cleaned so for our needs it was perfect.

Hotel staff was friendly (Yuri; thank you), interested in our day activities and good give some good recommendations in case we wanted to know some places closeby (such as good chimeak!). Also for our return they were flexible in thinking of a possible late check-in/check-out.

Amazingly convenient location with everything around it.

I loved how the room was compact and spacious at the same time and very close to the metro station.
