Pros:

The hotel is quite comfortable and clean, the staff were nice. The breakfast is quite filling - they served chicken with vegetables, fried eggs, mushrooms, broccoli, oranges, nuts, yoghurt, breads and pastry, as well as tea and coffee. Big 24/7 supermarket next door, lots of food options nearby.

Cons:

The hotel seems a little overpriced for what it is and considering the location. The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were almost empty. I asked to refill them, to no avail. That was the only downside.

The reception staff were very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. In a good location and with a supermarket next door.

Cons:

A few small issues , we arrived in early hours and despite confirming a few times they still let out the room I booked so we were put in a small room until the room was free, the bill at the end was more than original booking too.
The beds were very hard and the room had been recently decorated but arranged badly as it meant there were no plug sockets near the bed or kettle and the tv was on the wall to the side of the beds, also no bed lights only main light.
Housekeeper was abit enthusiastic and threw things away we had left on the side as they were wanted but then didn’t empty bathroom bin.
Breakfast was plentiful but everything was cold, the fried eggs ,stir fry etc. There was bread but no toaster ,butter or jam, bananas chopped up in there skins so all brown. Nothing was very appetising.

Отличный, чистый номер с кондиционером!
В номере: тапочки, зубные щётки, средства гигиены, кофе, чай, чайник, холодильник. Очень вкусные завтраки, не смотря на то, что маленький выбор, очень вкусно все приготовлено! Стоит своих денег. Приятно было прийти в уютный отель с приятным персоналом!

Cons:

То что не работали две розетки, нам это никак не помешало, были розетки рядом. С телевизором не разобрались, нам он не нужен.

Wir wurden vom Hotel Touristan umgebucht in ein Partner Hotel. Das war soweit o.k.
Das Hotel wurde angepriesen als sehr luxuriös und wunderbar. das Zimmer hat sich dann aber als schon ein bisschen abgenutzt herausgestellt.
Für sich betrachtet war es aber gut nur die überschwängliche Bewerbung war vielleicht überflüssig.

Super positiv war dass der junge Mann an der Rezeption uns auch noch nach Mitternacht empfangen hat und wir auch das Flughafen Taxi über ihn problemlos buchen konnten der Service war prima

Etwas was jetzt immer mehr auftaucht die Betten sind viel zu weich diese dummen Boxspringbetten sind für Leute mit rückenproblemen einfach Gift da das Schlafen eines der wesentlichsten Punkte in einem Hotel ist würde ich dieses Hotel nicht wieder wählen

Разочарован. Много мелочей, которые складываются в неприятное впечатление
Pros:

Положили хорошие зубные щетки, что приятно удивило на фоне остального.
Чисто.

Cons:

В объявлении обещался английский завтрак, по факту был скорее континентальный. Нет нормального кофе, нет тостера, холодные яйца. При прочих равных ориентировался именно на завтрак, понимая, что с учетом цены это вряд ли был бы ТОП-уровень, поэтому именно это и было главным разочарованием.
Вместо большой кровати было две отдельных, которые хоть и сдвигались, но достаточно легкие - постоянно отъезжали от стены, в итоге голова начинала проваливаться в дырку.
В стене рядом с выключателями - отверстие с проводами внутри.
Холодильника нет.
Шторы не задергивались полностью, из-за этого ночью прямо в лицо светил фонарь - пришлось изобретать, как их соединить, чтобы этого не было.
Одна из прикроватных тумбочек занята чаем/сахаром, при этом чайных ложек не положили.
