Jeżeli nadąży się okazja, na pewno tu wrócimy.
Pros:

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, niezłe śniadania, czysto, bardzo miły i pomocny persolel.
Szczególnie Pani Adinai która była bardzo mila, profesionala i pomocna.

Cons:

Ciut małe poduszki.

Niedliches gepflegtes günstiges Hotel
Pros:

Großes Zimmer, günstiger Preis, sehr sauber, Frühstück war ausgiebig und nationale Küche. Zwar jeden Tag das gleiche bis auf den Kuchen aber die Auswahl war ausreichend, Kaffee und Tee Zubereitung auf dem Zimmer möglich

Cons:

TV hatte ausschließlich Streaming in dem drei-Personen- Zimmer

Badly let down by Touristan and their sisterl hotel Bridges on this occassion. Will avoid booking again if I can. Disapp
Pros:

Hotel Touristan itself is fine, staff friendly and we stayed before with good reviews. On this occasion though they let us down badly (together with their sister hotel Bridges).

Cons:

Despite advance booking we were told on the arrival day they could not accommodate us & referred us to Bridges. Bridges couldn’t take us and offered another hotel in the mountains on edge of city. And then to another one, and then to another (!!!) When we came to Touristan/Bridges, they said they could sort a room for 3 out of 4 people but the room wasn’t free, wasn’t cleaned, wasn’t ready for us despite ample time given. Really poor attitude by hotels’ staff to their prebooked guests. They charged us less but given that they didn’t clean the room (other than making beds) and it was pretty dirty (!) we felt they had not kept to their part of the deal. We felt like complaining to managers for a truly disheartening service but really we just wanted to get out and forget the whole nightmare.

A pleasant hotel in a convenient location with helpful staff
Pros:

Location and friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

There was some overbooking or another problem so our early check in wasn’t fully honoured (however we received a discount in view of this)

Pros:

Nice location with some local restaurants nearby.

Cons:

We came around 8pm and the room still wasn't ready. Also, we booked the triple room (three separate beds) but firstly got twin room and after showing the reservation they again needed to clean another room for us. After that we got to a room with 2 beds and 1 sofa bed (instead of 3 beds) but we didn't want argue because we were too exhausted.

Clean, Convenient, Slightly Overpriced
Pros:

The room was clean, and the staff was polite and respectful. The location is good.

Nothing luxurious or extraordinary. However, it is suitable for a short stay.

I felt slightly overpriced for what it offers.

Cons:

The main issue was the shower, which did not drain properly and caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor.
