• Our Full English breakfast is served in the Cast Iron Bar & Grill located on the ground floor, Full English Breakfast is included in the Club Room reservations.
• The hotel Pet Policy allows maximum of 1 pet in our dedicated rooms for an additional £25 cleaning fee. We do not allow pets allowed in Suites.
• The Hotel Hoppa Bus service operates between Terminals 2, 3 and 5 at the hotel. Tickets can be purchased from bus driver or the self-service machines from inside the terminal buildings.
The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card the hotel reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.
• Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.

They charge for the shuttle wished I would have liked them to tell me that before I waited an hour to get on at 10:15am
La vicinanza all’aeroporto e la cortesia del personale. Inoltre la hall è davvero molto accogliente soprattutto per chi magari deve passare un po’ di tempo.
Location was great, it was easy to find and very easy to check in. Food in Cast Iron Grill was good quality and service was good with friendly staff.
The pay on arrival car park was not good, it was busy when we arrived and we forgot to do this - reception staff said do it later but its easy to slip your mind

We had an adjoining room so heard our neighbors singing at 2am for a good 20min. Had I known the sound would travel I'd not have accepted a room with adjoining room.

The Bed was very comfortable. The room & Bath were Up to date and clean. It was very Quite even close to the airport. The breakfast option was very good. It Had a great selection. The Staff was very friendly. Checking in was smooth. I would recommend it for a stay close to Heathrow.
Shower did not have much water pressure and could only get luke warm water. The handle may be broken.
