• Our Full English breakfast is served in the Cast Iron Bar & Grill located on the ground floor, Full English Breakfast is included in the Club Room reservations.
• The hotel Pet Policy allows maximum of 1 pet in our dedicated rooms for an additional £25 cleaning fee. We do not allow pets allowed in Suites.
• The Hotel Hoppa Bus service operates between Terminals 2, 3 and 5 at the hotel. Tickets can be purchased from bus driver or the self-service machines from inside the terminal buildings.
The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card the hotel reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.
• Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.

Great location clean and the staff were very helpful
Expensive restaurant and ordinary steak considering the cost
Good value for money, on site bar and restaurant was excellent.
Room was a good size and bed very comfortable with choice of both soft and harder pillows.
The Hoppa Bus took 40 minutes from T2 (not T3) and cost £7 each. We were told by the driver that it often takes much longer, depending on pick ups etc from other Hotels.
The following morning we chose to return to the Airport T3 by Uber. It took less than 10 minutes!
We were not impressed by Housekeeping. The towels were crumpled and rather tired looking, we found labels and paper under the chair where it had obviously not been hoovered and hardly any toilet paper in the bathroom.
Small, nitpicking things really however, the reception staff dealt with those issues very quickly for us.
Very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff friendly and professional. Good supplies in bathroom.
Only one small pot of milk each for tea/coffee making.

Food in the restaurant was a big disappointment. Fish wasn’t crispy (as asked for) and I requested Caesar salad with grilled chicken and got no chicken. Had it half eaten when the smallest amount of chicken arrived for £6. Was greatly disappointed and it was the start of a trip for my mums 80th birthday
