Chambre communicante pas possible de changer .
The hotel is of a high standard. The room was very comfortable with plenty of space. A lovely well appointed bathroom. Very comfortable bed. A great choice of restaurants in the area and good vibe. Easy to walk to transport to get to Sultanahmet and the rest of the city

طلبت من موظف الاستقبال الترقية ، وطلب مبلغ مالي كبير مقابل الترقية يفوق سعر حجز الغرفة ‼️
ومن ثم قلت له إنني عضو ذهبي وافاد انه لايوجد امكانية غرف حالياً علماً بأنه أفاد مسبقاً انه يوجد ولكن بعد دفع المبلغ..

La grande taille des chambres et leur équipement. Le superbe spa. La salle de sports. Le buffet du petit déjeuner. Les installations de l'hôtel. Le personnel souriant et serviable.

Le manque d'entretien(lavabo bouché ), kleenex non renouvelé
l attention du personnel souriant disponible et reconnaissant de ma fidélité à cette hôtel en m offrant la vue sur le Bosphore
nettoyage des chambre un peu à minima et la non vérification des produits de bain quand ils sont finis
L’emplacement, la literie, la salle de bain, le restaurant
Hôtel vieillot, mobilier très inconfortable et vraiment moche. Chambre beaucoup plus petite que prévue, les grandes baies vitrées sur le Bosphore se sont transformées en petite vue latérale. De plus les vitres étaient extrêmement sales, jusqu’à d’énormes crottes de goéland. Pour une chambre telle que prévue à la réservation, il fallait être au 8 eme étage sachant qu’au 9eme, il y a un club qui génère de grosses nuisances sonores. Nous étions au 4 eme et nous entendions… Gros problèmes d’insonorisation en général et pas de double porte. 1 petit emplacement pour 1 valise cabine, les autres valises étant ouvertes par terre.

Staff very helpful. I left my phone in the taxi from the airport to this hotel. They sent 3 staff members on a mission to track down the taxi to find my phone. 40 minutes later my phone was returned.
