Cons:

Bei dem Preis hätte ich etwas mehr Service, Organisation erwartet.
Die Rezeption ist selten bis gar nicht besetzt.
Die Zimmer mit Balkon zur Westseite heizen sich ohne Sonnenschutz sehr auf.
Bei geöffneter Balkontür darf man den Gesprächen irgendwelcher Volltrunkener lauschen.
Das ganze Hotel ist sehr hellhörig.
Die Straße am Haus mit den vielen Motorradfahrern nervt.
Für Ruhe suchende ist das Hotel nicht geeignet.

Quintessentially alpine, set on a mountain-side, you'll have great comfort and wonderful food.
Pros:

A beautifully run, unpretentious family-run chalet-style hotel with wonderful food served in a very attractive dining room.
Our comfortable, spacious room with balcony had a beautiful outlook of mountains and the river running below.
We chose the table d'hote dinner menu which has a vegetarian. option for the main course. Each dish was truly deicious.

Cons:

Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Viel zu kurz!
Pros:

Für die Mitarbeiter ging die Saison zu Ende und wir waren am letzten Wochenende vor dem verdienten Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Nichts desto trotz hat man uns an nichts fehlen lassen und der Chef hat sogar einem Mittagessen zugestimmt, das nicht im Plan inbegriffen war. So geht Gastro, so geht Gastfreundschaft. Übrigens sehr Kinderfreundlich genauso wie Fellnasenfreundlich,

Pros:

Ich reise oft solo und selten mit so einem guten Gefühl. Freundliches Personal, entspannte Gäste, angenehme Gespräche beim Frühstück. Keine schräge Stimmung. Danke für dieses Gefühl von Zugehörigkeit.

Urlaub mit Mängeln, die man vermeiden könnte. Schade - die Lage und das Haus an sich sind i.O.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Auswahl der Speisen zum Frühstück ok. Die Lage zum Lift ist top, auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer war passabel. Leider sind die "Familienzimmer" für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder einfach zu klein. bei ausgeklappter Schlafcouch konnte man sich im Zimmer kaum bewegen, eine Öffnung der Terassentür ist dann nicht mehr möglich.

Cons:

wir hatten einigen Ärger vor Ort mit dem "Herr des Hauses" inkl. nächtlicher Ruhestörung - konnten vor Ort mit der Leiterin des Hauses eine vernünftige Einigung finden. Das Essen war immer sehr ansprechend angerichtet, leider war die Qualität der Speisen nicht wie in der Beschreibung des Hauses - vermutlich hatte der Koch Urlaub, als wir dort waren und der Hilfskoch, nicht in der Lage die Qualität der Speisen zu liefern, die man für diesen Preis und die Optik der Speisen erwarten dürfte. Das Personal war unterbesetzt aber sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen.
