Foi uma experiência.
Pros:

O local é bonito.

Cons:

Das condições em geral. O quarto estava limpo, mas tudo muito ultrapassado, cada piso tem uma cozinha partilhada que essas sim estão sujas e desorganizadas, e, o local não tem ninguém presente logo a segurança deixa a desejar para quem quer sair do alojamento e deixar os pertences no quarto.

Pros:

Das Procedere mit dem Ein- und Auschecken klappte problemlos, obwohl am Wochenende niemand anwesend war. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr gut, man hatte alles, was man brauchte.
Die Lage war gut, unweit der Hauptstraße. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Für die Durchreise geht es schon mal.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Lage ist schön am See.
Es gab mehrere Stellen, wo die Telefonnummer für evtl. Notfälle lag.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist eine Selbstbedienungseinrichtung. Man bekommt einen Code, damit kommt man an die Schlüsselbox und so ins Zimmer. So war es zu erwarten. Das geht schon mal. Allerdings war die Haustür dann auch die ganze Nacht offen. Fremde hätten ins Haus kommen können.
Personal war keins da. Die Außenanlage war leidlich gepflegt, manche Ecken schon lang nicht mehr.
Die Fenster sind arg in die Jahre gekommen, müssten öfter mal gereinigt und die Gelenke geölt werden.
Im Internet war nicht ersichtlich, dass es nur von Montag bis Donnerstag (glaub ich), Frühstück gibt und dass es mehr kostet als angegeben.
Frühstück bekommt man allerdings auch im Ort.

Idyllisch am See gelegen, freundliches Personal, gute !
Pros:

Zimmergröße mit Balkon gut, Personal sehr freundlich, Buchungsfehler meinerseits war kein Problem zu regeln

Cons:

Die Lage ist sehr schwierig, kaum ÖPNV, keine Taxis, Uber mal ja mal nein, eine Sperrung erschwerte viel

Hotel bych to nenazvala, dříve asi býval kvalitní ale nyní je to spíše něco na zplsob ubytovny nebo
Pros:

Jezera okolo Berlína jsou příjemná, voda a koupání je hned u hotelu.

Cons:

Nádobí ve společné kuchyni je málo, měli jsme problém si nahledat dostatek pro 4 lidi na snídani.

Zweckmäßig, wenn man nur schnell schlafen möchte
Pros:

Unkomplizierter Check-in, freundlicher Telefonkontakt, Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder geschaffen

Cons:

Zimmer und Balkon unsauber, Teppich schmutzig, Bad schimmelig, absolut renovierungsbedürftig!
Name „Businesshotel“ nur insofern zutreffend, dass es sich um eine reine Monteursunterkunft mit Gemeinschaftsküche handelt

Pros:

Todella tilavat huoneet.

Cons:

Kaikki vanhahtavaa. Yhteiskeittiössä märkäni joku hajusta päätellen. Check in soittamalla. Ja kun soitin niin leidi puhelimessa alkoi väittämään ja syyttelemään jotain aivan omiaan. Oli lähellä että oltais lähetty pois paikalta.
