Não Gavin ninguém para fazer o checkin, apesar de eu ter enviado msg antes, dizendo o horário da chegada. Se não fosse a ajuda de pessoas estranhas encontradas ao acaso, teria dormido na rua. Nem a Booking deu atenção ao caso. Motivo para entrar com ação judicial.
