It was the perfect location and the price was right.
Pros:

The location was ideal, close to the Metro and shops. It was also a very quiet suburb and walking distance to the shops.

Cons:

I really liked the property and there wasn't anything I didn't like.

Superb property. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in Delhi.
Pros:

Space and cleanliness.

Cons:

It needs some maintenance so that it can be brought back up to the highest standard. This is a minor point though.

I also didn’t like that they want to know travel details before you arrive add that is of no concern to them.

Does what it says on the tin! All good :)
Pros:

The location was great and comparatively quiet for Delhi. Felt out of the way up on the 3rd floor. A/C was excellent. Staff / caretaker were excellent. :)
