Pros:

Location near Fatih (center of Old City) is perfect for first time visitors. Owner (Mohahmed) and all of staff (Alec, Sinan plus) are extremely friendly and accomodating. Sinan, in particular, was most helpful in understanding and navigating the sprawling major city of Istanbul - great host.

Good choice for a reasonable price
Pros:

The hotel is close to a station and not to far from the European center of town. There are plenty of restaurants just around the corner offering good food at all price categories. And Turkish live is offered for free of you order a meal . The shuttle connecting from the hotel is smooth and fast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The wifi from the hotel is slow and unstable. Retrieving data or watching sites takes a lot of time. The live music can be heard in the hotel till midnight every night.

Pros:

L’accueil du personnel, toujours aux petits soins surtout Mohammed un amour ce Mr, chaque matin on a droit au thé avant de sortir. j'ai adoré la vue de ma chambre sur la mer.
Chambre bien située. Une très bonne ambiance la nuit, avec de la musique qui n'était pas gênante non plus juste ce qu'il faut pour dormir. Personnels très aimables; le réceptionniste de nuit m'a aidé à peser mes bagages qui étaient très lourds.

Meravigliosa Istanbul.
Pros:

Posizione eccellente nel cuore del quartiere Kumkapi ed a due passi dai monumenti principali. Vista sul mar di Marmara. Personale davvero gentile e premuroso x immergersi nel ritmo e vita locale.

Cons:

Ci ritornerei e lo consigliero'.

Ottimo soggiorno con staff gentilissimo

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel.
Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. Avevamo in programma di passare alcune notti in una stanza da tre e poi spostarci in una da due ma ci hanno permesso di rimanere in quella da tre senza farci pagare nulla!
La posizione è comoda per visitare le attrazioni principali di Istanbul (Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi ecc) a patto che si cammini un pochetto. Per chi avesse problemi nello spostarsi a piedi ci sono comunque dei mezzi molto comodi (tram T6). Si trova in una zona piena di ristoranti molto turistici ma che rendono la zona particolarmente viva.
Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera potrebbe essere migliorata e la struttura dell'hotel è un po' datata (ma del resto si trova nel centro storico!).
