A Very Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The staff were absolutely exceptional extremely friendly, always smiling, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. Kristina at the reception was wonderful, and the young man taking care of the parking was also fantastic. They really made our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and functional, and the hotel is very well located. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!

Cons:

There really wasn’t much we didn’t like. The only small downside was breakfast. It is supposed to start at 7:30 am, but unfortunately it wasn’t quite ready at that time and we had to wait around another 15 minutes. It’s a minor detail, but a little inconvenient when you have an early start planned.

Emplacement idéal et service extraordinaire
Pros:

Le personnel est extraordinairement gentil et arrangeant, la décoration est vraiment sympa et il est idéalement bien placé, proches des rues des restaurants le soir

Cons:

Les salles de bain sont petites et nous n’avions que de petites serviettes dé toilette

Pros:

I have never laughed so much when checking into a hotel, Anxhela was hilarious but also went above and beyond to help! Every staff member was so welcoming which made the stay and the hotel itself is lovely. Thank you!

Pros:

The hotel is newly made and very well decorated. The room was big, comfy and very clean. The location of the hotel is right a the centre of skodra so you can go by foot and they also have a private parking in the road. The receptionist, I think her name was kristina, was very kind and always there to help us with whatever we’d need.

Čim sam došao tako gostoprimstvo lepo sa punim srcem su me dočekali dvije recepcionarke koje su se potrudile da bude moj boravak najbolji u njenom hotelu samo mogu reći sve pohvale za ceo hotel za sobu za restoran za doručak za urednu sobu samo samo pohvale hvala vidimo se opet

"فندق رائع وطاقم أكثر روعة "

فندق رائع ولطيف جدا

تشعر فيه بالدفء والراحة التامة

على كثر حجوزاتي بالبوكنق لكن من النادر ان اقوم بتقييم فندق 10/10
لكن هذا الفندق استثناء خاص بسبب
تعامل الطاقم الرائع خاصة من مديرة الفندق وموظفات الاستقبال .

الموقع جميل وقريب من شارع المطاعم والمسجد الكبير

توجد مواقف سيارات أمأم الفندق مباشرة

سكنت في غرفة عائلية مع الافطار واحضروا لي الافطار مشكورين في الغرفة بتوصية من مديرة الفندق فلها كل الشكر والتقدير .

Cons:

ملاحظة قد لا تكون هامة لكن مدخل الفندق هو نفس مدخل المطعم لذلك ولكوني مهندس مدني فأقترح على ادارة الفندق نقل كاونتر المطعم على يسار المدخل الى وسط المطعم وجعل هذه المساحة كمدخل للفندق وبمثابة اللوبي الصغير فهذا يعطي فخامة وانشراح وخصوصية لنزلاء الفندق .
