Pros:

Очень хорошие, чистые номера. Вежливые мальчишки на ресепшен, еда разнообразная на любой вкус. Большие чистые белоснежные полотенца. Всё очень понравилось. Читали плохие отзывы и очень переживали, что вдруг так и будет как написано, но нет всё очень хорошие, отличные номера мы их снимали 17шт везде чисто и просторно, в каждом номере душевая и туалет.

Pros:

Удобная локация, магазины, кафе, парки Дружба , Навруз, Магик сити Сеул Мун рядом. Менеджер на ресепшене Исломбек решает все вопросы , в номерах чисто, каждые 3 дня уборка, матрас удобный. Завтрак швецкий стол , разнообразный и вкусный, голодными не уйдете.. В холле стоит банкомат для обмена валюты.

Very bad experience in my life
Pros:

This Hotel staff is very rude and irresponsible I checked in paid to him 80$ for days after check in the room I reported to staff door lock was out of service he said he will fix it now I went outside I came back after 4 hours it wasn’t still fixed I said to him return my money because didn’t repair the room he stated fighting with me and start abusing after all messed he deducted 20$ and returned me 60$ without staying in room even in one hour he is very bad person just love to take money and don’t want give services

Исламбек администратор очень позитивный, еда хорошая

Ковер был грязный в комнате, кондиционер не работал, на третий день только починили
