Great location near the Malecón and historical centre
Pros:

The host was responsive during our stay. The garden and pool space were relaxing. It was convenient to have a kitchen and dining space. AC worked very well. Walkability is great, Malecón and historical centre are easily accessible.

Cons:

The room is not made for 2 twin beds. We were cramped. It was nice to have the option but not comfortable at times.

Cons:

We thought we'd ordered a room with ensuite bathroom, apparently not. We switched to a room w private bathroom. Towels & bathroom bin were not changed in our two day stay.

Pros:

Nice set-up of the rooms.
Small but nice pool.
Great WIFI in the rooms as well as in the communal areas.
Communal kitchen with coffee-maker, fridge, stove, filtered water, micro-wave.
I liked it so much I even extended my stay.

Cons:

A sharp knife would be nice as the one they have is quite blunt. Also in the kitchen, the two frying pans are past their best and the anti-stick coating is no longer there.
