I never liked how they are scamming guests asking for money and providing zero service instead

I asked them for airport pickup service! They did nothing literally nothing sending no one - didn’t give me number of driver - no car plates - they took my whatsapp made me think someone is gonna contact me! I waited 2.5 hours in airport i dub know what should i do at the end i came by public transportation! After 2.5 hours wait

Next day reception guy is calling me asking for vip service i booked while i didn’t use the service bec nobody was there why to pay money for no service i took!

When i told him sorry but i will not pay money he started fighting yelling with his poor english accent and fighting come back to hotel now(i was at a trip) i came later and he continued fighting and raising his voice! Telling me this is Istanbul as if i am dumb! Or idiot he is by a way punishing me for the driver didn’t show up

At the end of the day i am not sure what is this supposed to mean but The receptionist guy Mr. RUSTAM ALIYEV got the prize of the worst guest relation service i can see

No such a thing

Stuck out the back building on top floor. View was onto apartment block out back. Roof access disappointing with building waste and rubbish overwhelming present and primarily smoking lounge for staff. Walls thin with rowdy couple of guys entertaining a noisy woman until 1am. Local taxi waiting outside ripped us off….wonder if a regular (meter not zeroed)?

Bit of a stench from the bathroom which couldn’t be cleared

Reservamos el servicio de taxi hotel-aeropuerto un día antes dejándolo pagado, ya que teníamos pensado salir a las 7:30AM para llegar con margen al aeropuerto. A las 7:35 hablamos con la recepción porque el taxi no llegaba, llegó a las 7:55h. Tardamos 1h y 30 minutos en ir al aeropuerto porque había tráfico y el taxista, en vez de ir por el túnel al aeropuerto (era el camino más directo) cruzó toda la parte céntrica de Estambul hasta subir a Karaköy y de ahí ya ir hacia el aeropuerto. Haciendo retrospectiva quizás este servicio de vuelta hotel-aeropuerto no lo volvería a contratar, porque los taxis tardaban 1-2 minutos en llegar y costaban entre 50€-70€, precio que hubiera pagado sin duda para no tener constantemente la sensación de que perdíamos el vuelo.

Nada en particular. Fue muy importante tener en cuenta lo accesible del precio y la paciencia del personal para comunicarse a pesar de las dificultades del idioma.

We stayed at this hotel from 01.05 to 05.05, and this was by far one of the worst experiences we have had.
The most serious issue was the infestation of ants in the room. They were everywhere, making it impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed at any point during our stay. This alone is completely unacceptable for any hotel. We can provide a video.
In addition, the room had a strong moldy smell, and the bathroom window did not even have glass, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety. The room was advertised as an economy double room, yet we were given two separate beds instead of a double.

We reported these problems to the receptionist at 15:07h, but were told to come back in the morning because it was “too late,” which is simply not an acceptable response to such serious issues.

Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and far below any reasonable standard for accommodation.

Very dirty place.
The quadruple room was horrible, the bathroom was small (we were 3 people) and it smelled bad.
The sheets were dirty.
The double room with sea view was better, but still not very clean.

The rooms were much smaller than they looked in the photos. The noise every night was insufferable. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone even if you want to save money. Btw the location is not great either
