Personnel de l’hôtel au top
Pros:

Super hotel situé au district 1, proche de tout. Personnel super gentil et serviable. Propre, et petit dejeuner inclut super bon.

Cons:

La chambre individuelle est un peu petite, mais personnellement ça me dérangeait pas tant que ca vu que j’etais le plus souvent dehors. Par contre le bruit du ménage des 7h du matin c’est l’un des rares points négatifs à noter.

Awesome and memorable
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were very nice and they catered to our requests without complaints. Especially we had our baby with us. They were excellent. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Vietnam! 🫶🏻

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten für eine Woche reserviert und sind nach def ersten Nacht abgereist. Wir haben die restlichen Nächte stornieren lassen, mussten aber 500,000 VND Gebühr zahlen und haben drei Tage auf unser Geld gewartet.

Pros:

The staff were very polite and helpful - Kim Chi was especially helpful when we checked out. The facilities were good, and the room was spacious. Breakfast had limited options, but everything was tasty
