Pros:

Exceptionally professional and helpful staff.

Cons:

The room was too small, even for 1 single bed, but extremely comfortable and quiet! The Wi-Fi was just good, at times, and buffering a lot!

terrible sewage smell from AC, construction works just next to the room starting 7 am with a lot of noise and dust getting into our room, the stay was very unpleasant

Excellent value, with outstanding staff who genuinely care about their guests. I would come back
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even offered to do our laundry for free, and on our last day, when we had an early morning tour, they prepared breakfast before the official breakfast hours so we wouldn't have to leave hungry. The rooms were clean, the hotel was comfortable, and overall it offered excellent value for money.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi had some issues during the first couple of days, although it was fixed afterwards. There was also an occasional smell coming from the bathroom, and while the breakfast was very good, I would have liked to see a few more protein options.

Amazing stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, fresh ingredients, and good quality. It was a wonderful way to start the day. The hotel also has a great atmosphere, convenient location, and excellent facilities.

I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Shogun Hotel
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever I needed anything. One thing that made me smile was the cute fish at the hotel. It’s a small detail, but it gave the place a bit of character and made the stay feel more memorable. I really enjoyed my time here and felt well looked after from check-in to check-out. I’d be happy to stay at Shogun Hotel again in the future.

l’hôtel aurait dû être fermée en raison des gros travaux de rénovation
Pros:

l’accueil du personnel était très bien, et très compréhensible
le lave linge gratuit

Cons:

le logement était sale, gros trou dans le plafond de la salle de bain, de la rouille partout au sol, le tapis très sale
l’hôtel entièrement en travaux avec de la poussière partout ( donc du bruit des 8h)
on a pas été prévenu qu’il n’y avait donc pas de petit déjeuner en raison des travaux
climatisation défectueuse
dommage car je pense que ça pourrait être un tres bon hôtel

Pros:

Flight got delayed so we had to check in at around 2.30am. Staff was accommodating.

Cons:

We had booked breakfast inclusive rooms. However after we checked in we were told that property is going through renovations and they can't serve breakfast. We had to run around for breakfast. Then at checking out their Eftpos machine was not working and they have asked me to do the payment to their bank account.

Nie jest źle ale mogło być lepiej.
Pros:

Czysto w pokojach. Niezła lokalizacja. Personel bardzo przyjazny i pomocny.

Cons:

Brudno na korytarzach i windzie. Śniadania na dachu hotelu. Jest tam bardzo mało miejsca. Brak posiłków w postaci bufetu. Śniadania są podawane do stolika i jest mały wybór. Klimatyzacja działała tylko w pokojach, na korytarzach było bardzo gorąco. Niby żaden problem ale fakt jest faktem.

Great value for money hotel with amazing staff!
Pros:

The location was great. It was very easy to get a grab from here. The breakfast on the rooftop was such a nice touch! The staff were so lovely too, Jenny in particular was really welcoming and helpful. It was a great touch to have a smart TV with netflix & youtube too.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, stains on the taps and lid of the toilet but these are minor things really.
