Ubicació fantàstica, instal·lacions una mica antigues però netes.
Pros:

L'esmorzar és a la terrassa superior amb vistes al mar. La ubicació és bona, a tocar del passeig marítim i amb poca estona ets a tot arreu. Al voltant hi ha molt aparcament però està molt ple, has de tenir paciència i procurar no moure el cotxe un cop trobes un bon lloc.

Cons:

La persona que hi ha atentent a l'hora de l'esmorzar no és gaire agradable.

Nous avons rencontré une dame à l’accueil qui parlait très bien le français et qui a été d’une gentillesse extrême. Le petit déjeuner était sur un Rooftop tout en haut de l’hôtel, très agréable. La vue au matin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l’Escala.

Cons:

Nous avons pu constater une fois arrivé dans la chambre que le lit et la chambre était faite. Seulement, nous avons retrouvé de la poussière et des cheveux dans le lit, pas top.
Nous avons pu aussi constater que le personnel qui s’occupait du petit déjeuner ne parlait pas français, ce qui n’est pas grave en soi car nous parlions l’anglais mais ils ne parlait pas un mot d’anglais, donc plutôt difficile à se faire comprendre, contrairement à la dame de l’accueil qui elle parlait extrêmement bien l’anglais et le français

Habe nur übernachtet, war tagsüber bei meinen Enkelchen auf dem Campingplatz las Dunas.

Auf meine Frage bei Anreise:
Ich möchte mit dem Bus zum Campingplatz Las Dunas fahren, wo ist die Haltestelle!!
(Mein Sohn macht dort Urlaub mit Familie in einem kleinen Wohnmobil und ich wollte jeden Tag dorthin fahren)
Aber die freundliche ältere Dame an der Rezeption sagte: Nein, es fährt kein Bus. !!! Daraufhin habe ich mir ein E-Bike leihen müssen, weil ich die Strecke noch nicht kannte (bin 80 Jahre) für 45,00€ pro Tag!?!😔
Auf dem Campingplatz sagte man mir dann, daß doch ein Bus am Campingplatz hält……
Am Abend fragte ich dann auch an der Rezeption nochmals eine jüngere freundliche Dame, ob nicht doch eine Busverbindung nach Las Dunas besteht.
Ihre Antwort war: Na klar, und sie zeigte mir sogar auf einem Plan genau, wo ich einsteigen kann. Das war wirklich sehr nett von ihr😊.
Ich finde, eine Rezeptionistin sollte so eine Auskunft wissen. !!
Für mich sehr ärgerlich, 45,00 bezahlt zu haben, und nicht nur 2,45€ im Bus.
Für mich ist das sehr viel Geld🥲

Ubicacion perfecta , desayuno increíble, pero necesitaba mantenimiento

Los muelles de las camas se oyen mucho y las almohadas son muy bajas
La luz del baño muy tenue
La nevera no enfría
Las aplicaciones de la TV no funcionan
El desayuno perfecto , vistas inmejorable,pero los huéspedes le dan comida a las gaviotas y el tejado de la terraza esta muy defectuoso
