Awful
Cons:

We were put in an annex. It was very noisy with people above being up all night, wonder if this is where staff were. Everything was old. We won’t be returning.

It was excellent the breakfast was nice good selection.
Pros:

I liked that it was so close to the beach.

Cons:

We had a family room I wished we had a door to separate the bedroom and front room where my teenage son was sleeping.Also thee should have been two bins in the room.

Pros:

We stayed in one of the cottage rooms which was ideal for us travelling with our dog. Comfortable and spacious room, very clean.

For paying £250 a night not worth the money but overpriced for what you got and could not park on t.
Pros:

Loved the location, staff very friendly

Cons:

Restaurant food very bland , not impressed with the steak we had. Service very slow and overheard staff making comments about customers they were serving in the bar.

Seemed people were putting towels on sun lounges for half the day and always seemed to be the same people who managed to get the sun loungers.

Pros:

The views were great, it was clean comfortable and stylish. Staff were friendly and the pool was great etc.

Cons:

There was damp on the carpet in the first room, but then we moved rooms. It would be good if there was a bit more parking space. Also if those who are checking out of the hotel could park or longer even after check out, because public car parks are quite expensive.

Relaxing luxury
Pros:

The view was amazing- we stayed in one of the suites on the third floor. We stayed at a busy time but still able to get a parking space at the hotel, although quite expensive (£15 per night). Air conditioning was a godsend!

Cons:

Expensive parking at £15 per night especially when we already paid nearly £400 per night! Feel this should be waived if you pay over a certain amount for a room

Good location for beach- lift runs 7 days a week 10-5pm (shuts lunchtime off season)
Pros:

Lady running breakfast / dinner time, very friendly and accomadating. Breakfast fruit option very limited.

Cons:

Parking - very challenging, do believe the car park is not just limited to residents of the hotel only, travelling with older parents and parking not guaranteed, even if you pay (will be refunded) but not ideal
