Fell below expectations
Pros:

Mostly friendly staff
Brilliant location
Pool on-site
Good climate controls in room
Free on street parking available (although you have to be lucky to get a spot)

Cons:

Dogs prioritised - prevented from sitting in more desirable area of hotel due to it being prioritised for dog owners. Wanted to sit and have a nice view on our last day but was told we had to sit in the cafeteria type area instead. VERY disappointing as I expected to be able to sit wherever I wanted, as was the case on previous mornings.

Very uncomfortable bed. Mattresses needed replacing as they had abig dips in the centre.

Loose fittings in room.

We had to walk outside our building and across a car park to get to our room.

Small windows in room. Not that we had much of a view overlooking a car park. Still, it would have been nice to let more natural light in.

Superb hotel and location
Pros:

The proximity to the beach was amazing. The rooms, helpful staff, food - we stayed for 4 nights and couldn't fault it.

Pros:

The views and location are perfect! The outdoor pool is a positive. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. We loved our room, cottage with sea view, coffee and mini bar was great. Offer for buffet breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Check in, receptionist was not welcoming and friendly.
Hotel looks really tired. Doors to bathrooms are brown instead of cream they are so dirty! We used saucers for breakfast as there were no side plates and when I asked staff they said that's all they had. No great for 4 star hotel! We booked an extra bed for our child but it was not there when we arrived and I had to ask house keeping to come and get it sorted. They took £35 as a deposit when we checked in and were still holding it on our credit card on the 20th August (nearly one month later). They only released it once we called them. Hotel needs a good clean and paint to update it and give it a new lease of life.

Pros:

The hotel, the staff and my room with a sea view were exceptional. I couldnt of asked for a nicer room

Cons:

sadly the Wifi and TV signal was not good at all but as i spent most of my time out of the room, it didnt bother me to much

Great stay! Would stay again.
Pros:

Outdoor pool and seafront location. Great facilities at the hotel. The room was amazing: big bed, blackout blinds and aircon were great in summer and in the heatwave. We travelled with our 3-month old and had a very relaxing time!

Cons:

Outdoor pool could do with a bit more TLC so it’s more enjoyable.

Pros:

Great room, big and comfortable delux. Lovely food at the restaurant. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Parking. I chose this hotel because it had parking, but the tiny parking was full and I spent over half an hour driving round and round looking at the car parks they said were nearby - but all of them were full. Tired after a full day driving this was frustrating.

Cons:

I was happy with the cleaning on the second day of arrival, the next day the room wasn't cleaned despite being out of the room half of the day. The towels were not changed, bins not emptied
