The location was good, beachfront and close to town.
Breakfast was quite limited for the size of the hotel I expected more. The drinks were basic and had to pay extra for speciality coffees. I could have gone abroad for the price and expected more.

Didn't have the breakfast. Paid for two breakfasts and was only offered one. Hotel claimed that l had only paid for one breakfast so I went elsewhere rather than pay again
Booking dot com sent through booking for one person and one breakfast. I booked the hotel for my wedding anniversary. You can see below that booking.com knew the room was booked for a couple. Hotel staff wouldn't back down and told me that l had made the error. My only error was booking this hotel through booking.con
The location was excellent, and easy to find. The room was a lovely size, well thought out and very comfortable. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was very good too. The tea and coffee facitly was also good.
The receptionist was over offiicious, almost robotic, and took ages to check people in. There were lots of eyebrow raising and sighs of annoyance from everyone waiting to check in.
The basin was blocked and the toilet didn't flush very well.
Room was smaller than expected
The room and the restaurant were nice and clean, the views from the restaurant and the bar were good. The staff were professional and friendly in service. The food was all very good.
We requested no feathers in our bedroom. All good, except that one pillow had feathers.
Location excellent
We stayed in two different rooms.
Rooms in the main part of the hotel lovely. The rooms in the back section of the hotel have no soundproofing. The corridor is narrow and dark. You have a choice to go out the back door , across the car park to reception or use two lifts ,two lots of stairs and a corridor. ( this is to the 3rd floor. )
The delph and furnishings in the restaurant for breakfast are tired and in need of updating. Facilities in our room was not as decribed on the booking form . No coffee machine or walk in shower.
Location
It was a complete disappointment. Although the check-in time is very late (4.00 pm) – I had accepted to pay the additional charge and had planned my arrived there accordingly – they kept me waiting for exactly four hours. At 12.003, they deactivated my room access card. I experienced first-hand the comments in many reviews about members being treated preferentially.
