We were disappointed with the housekeeping service. Our room was not cleaned the entire day, despite us informing the cleaning staff and being assured that it would be done. Unfortunately, nothing was done, and we eventually had to go down to reception at around 9 PM to complain about our room still not being cleaned since morning.

We also noticed that the carpets from the 8th floor going down are not in good condition. They look unclean, and there is an unpleasant smell in the corridors, which really affects the overall experience.

Another concern is the breakfast. We wish there had been more variety instead of having the same menu throughout our stay. Having different options each day would have made the experience much better.

Overall, we hope these issues can be addressed, as they have affected our stay and the experience we expected.

Our room was not cleaned from the previous stay at all, cleaned our selves the following day

There was a huge noise next to our room during midnight and we did not sleep. The bathroom doesn't even have a mat on the floor,so after bathing it was difficult because I would walk on the tile with my feet. The shower was bad because it only released cold water. The hot water was coming only from the tap bath. The furniture looks very old especially the wardrobe for triple room,and the mattress for the bed has a huge brown stains.

There were children on an excursion, and at times, it was a little noisy.

There are no plate to eat inside the room, no glasses for you to drink from.

It wasn’t so clean, the pillows were dirty

Our stay started on a disappointing note when we checked into our room at 5 PM and found that it had not been cleaned properly. There was dirt under the bed, which clearly showed that some areas had been overlooked, and I even had to kill a cockroach in the room.

However, I would like to sincerely thank Lerato for her exceptional service. We arrived before check-in time, and she kindly arranged secure storage for our bags until our room was ready. When we reported the cleanliness issues, she acted quickly and professionally, arranging a room change without hesitation. She personally ensured that the new room was clean and comfortable before we moved in.

After check-out, Lerato continued to go above and beyond. She allowed us to relax safely in the reception area until the end of her shift and made sure our luggage remained secure until we were ready to leave.

While the housekeeping standards in the first room were disappointing, Lerato's outstanding customer service, kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help completely changed our experience. She is a true asset to the hotel and genuinely deserves recognition, and in my opinion, a raise for the excellent service she provides. Thank you, Lerato, for making us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay.
