I arrived very late that night, l requested a late check out in the morning,
The staff granted me an hour for the late check out. The next morning l was hurried out the room at a normal check. The staff wanted to charge me a full day costs if l was not out on time.

Horrible I stayed because I paid and couldn’t book into another place
Pros:

Their mini pies, hot chocolate and muffins were great

Cons:

The room was dirty in appearance, from the shower door to the bath itself with a dark stain to a the leaking toilet, to the rusted chairs, unwashed pillow cases and cups … very disappointing and the pictures online are deceptive

Receptionist was fantastic

Cleaning staff were making a lot of noise in the morning calling each other like there nobody in the rooms

Cons:

When I arrived the floor tiles was clean but sticky which I suspected the liguid used to clean. The bed was like an old cruise ship or a bath tub, very bad. They cannot even provide a tea spoon nor a plate. All you get is a kettle to boil water, tea bag and sachet of sugar.

The location, it's easy to access public transport and walk to places around town.

Cons:

This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. Even the corridor was dirty when I checked in. The bed sheets even had stains, so did the toilet seat. There are so many cockroaches! I only slept because I was desperate and the hotel is close to the places I needed but I'm never booking here again. What a horrible experience!

Comfort and privacy in the room. The bar fridge to cool my beverages

Cons:

The TV channels are very poor. The toilet seat needs attention. No enough towels in the bathroom. The air con was not to the level. The breakfast is not inclusive.
