A house full of respect and kindness

The staff made our stay truly memorable
Pros:

The staff were amazing, particular mention for Milan who was brilliant helping us with everything from arranging safaris to trips into town and local museums, nothing was too much trouble. And Dipa who always had a radiant smile and warm welcome at meal times. The hotel is in a great location and the food particularly dinner was excellent

Not recommended at all.
Pros:

I didn’t like anything. The hotel is so basic , but they charge so much. It is worth 20% value I paid . I was so disappointed, rooms are so basic like random hotel.

Cons:

I like nothing about the hotel except it was in Sauraha. Overpriced, no good breakfast, basic rooms with slow working Ac . VERY DISAPPOINTING. No value for what I paid. In nepal this hotel should have cost rs 2500 / night max looking at its facilities, but they charged more than 8000.

Perfect place for a stay in Chitwan

Pros:

The front desk staff is what made the stay. I had a problem with the room I was given and the gentleman at the front desk showed me several other rooms until we found one that worked, which ended up being an upgrade compared to my reservation and he did not charge me extra as his only concern was to find a room that I was happy with. The upgraded room was spacious and clean and well equipped - there is a big difference between the regular rooms (even superior ones) and the suites. The food I had from the hotel was also very good.

Cons:

The hotel is fairly close yet a bit removed from the Chitwan national park entrance and main streets in town so you do have to walk 15-20 min if you want to eat anywhere other than the hotel.
The rooms that are not suites are not worth 4* but the suites are nice albeit a bit dated.
The cleaning products have a very strong abrasive smell so it's not ideal if you are sensitive - but the gentleman from the front desk acknowledged the issue and offered to have the room floors redone with just water to get rid of some of the smell and it helped.

Mi sono piaciuti i servizi: prenotazioni bus e safari e la cucina: cibo ottimo con ingredienti di qualità, dopo 10 giorni di cucina nepalese abbiamo provato anche piatti continentali molto buoni.

Pros:

The staff were very welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you! The garden was stunning and the sounding landscape was so peaceful.
Lots of variety for breakfast. We had a safari organised by the hotel which was great.
We recently got engaged, and the manager upgraded our room to help us celebrate.
