Rien et encore moins la non prise en compte dans un délais raisonnable des problèmes rencontrés

Cons:

une coupure totale d’eau dans les chambres a rendu le séjour impossible. Cette situation constitue un cas de force majeure justifiant mon départ anticipé.
Par ailleurs, plusieurs éléments présentés sur Booking.com se sont révélés inexacts, notamment :
l’absence de certaines prestations annoncées (ex. : salle de fitness indisponible),
des informations trompeuses sur les services de l’hôtel et qui m'avait conduit à choisir cet hotel.
Je tiens également à rappeler qu’un accord oral a été trouvé le 9 mai entre Booking.com et l’hôtel concernant un dédommagement. Toutefois, à ce jour :
aucun remboursement des 2 nuits non consommées n’a été effectué,
ni des petits-déjeuners inclus correspondants,
et ce malgré un prélèvement effectué en amont le 2 mai pour des prestations non honorées.
Je regrette par ailleurs les délais de traitement anormalement longs de votre service client sur ce dossier.
