Breakfast and the room is the only thing that would make me consider going back there otherwise everything else was horr
Pros:

The room was very beautiful and comfortable. Truly enjoyed the breakfast aswell.

Cons:

Lunch/ Dinner food from the restaurant tasted horrible, it felt like we were eating left over food that was frozen and kept for days. Especially the courtyard braai and the beef curry, not fresh at all.

The way many things are managed is also very poor.
For example, we only checked-in at 16:00 because we were told that our room is not ready. The next day, we left our room at 9:00 and came back at 15:00 to a uncleaned room, what an inconvenience.

Lastly we had a problem with their online food ordering system, that resulted in us being double billed. A week later, we still have not received back our refund because of the endless back and forth from their side. I am very disappointed
