Pros:

Central location, easy to access the apartment and very spacious.

Cons:

The location was really central so great for a base to explore from, but the noise from the bars kept us awake a little. Maybe less of a problem depending on which room you get.

Overall, we liked our stay and the location is great.
Pros:

My family and I spend only 1 night. The room was clean, there were some little things that needed to be fixed but nothing that affected us. The rooms were comfy and the location was exceptional. Additionally, check in and check out was very easy and convenient.

Cons:

The bedrooms were great but since we were a bigger group, we needed to use the couch sofa. The couch sofa was alright, was not the best and not the easiest to pull out. The mattress was a bit flat, not very comfy as the beds.

Pros:

Location was good - we like walking so could reach the old port, main buildings and shopping areas without any issue.
Apartment was well-equipped and clean, and easy self-check-in access.
Liked the fact that there was a very good restaurant in the ground floor linked to the hotel.

Cons:

No luggage storage. With an early flight in and late flight out, this was an extra hassle and cost that I hadn't taken into account, but was able to use Luggage Hero to store our bags at the Best Western Plus Hotel around 10 mins away.

A nice stay
Pros:

Surprisingly well appointed room with clean bathroom, nice kitchen with full appliances, washer and dryer. No reception as it is automated with entry code. The view from our 4th floor room isn't great. But it was quiet environment, close to Chinatown and Old Montréal. I recommend this place and will probably use them again.

Cons:

Not a nice view. Thats all.

Pros:

Location & parking was great. Key & code system worked fine.

Cons:

Should be 2 keys available. Additional bedding & pillows would be nice. Reminder to clarify the write up online that refers to separate bedroom by mistake.

Good space, great location in Chinatown but could be improved
Pros:

Great location and good amount of space for family of 4 with 2 big teens.

Cons:

Apartment 203 has drainage problems in bathroom sink. Staff was not great at making sure the keycafe setup to retrieve room key was updated for us to checkin earlier. We lost about 1 hour. Also, it was pretty loud till about midnight. Like night club music. Bring earplugs!! Finally, no washer and dryer.
