La difficultés a entrer je ne savais pas utiliser le système pour récupérer les clés ni l'ascenseur avec la carte et il y'avait pas de personnel physique pour m'assister
The Location is close to the old Part of Montreal. Friendly Staff on the phone.
The bed and also the Sofa bed are very Hard. Not really comfortable to sleep on. The ventilation in the bathroom did Not work. We were 4 people and if One Person had showered it was so hot in bathroom and the humidity very high.
You cannot Open a window in the Appartement, only a few centimetres. So you have to use the air condition to get „fresh“ air.
The street is super noisy! Even with closed Windows.
If you are Lockung for good sleep I definately do Not recommend this Place. All in all was our stay very disappointing.
We booked for 4 people but the Sofa bed was Not prepared. This does Not make Sense to us if the booking is for Four. There were no instructions that the sheet, towels and duvets are in the Bench Next to the Sofa. We were looking for it everywhere but the bench did Not Look Like a Storage.
Great location. Paid parking very close. Apartments were very comfortable, clean and a good state of repair. Host was great to communicate with.
Personal preference, didn’t like the bed but that’s just me.

it’s very noisy during night
Facilities and location are excellent. Short walk (10 minutes) to old montreal, 20 min walk from city centre. In the heart of China Town.
No onsite parking but parking is available nearby ($33 overnight). No facility to leave luggage after check out but storage services are available in old montreal at a fair price. During our stay construction work was taking place next door which was noisy. Bad luck but I do think booking.com could have warned us. In our condo the tumble dryer was very noisy, so could only use it when we were out.
Be aware that the location can be a bit 'edgy' as its near homeless shelters. We had no problems but some may feel nervous if they're not used to an urban vibe
This apartment is particularly well situated being right in Chinatown, so numerous excellent eating opportunities on your doorstep. It is also very convenient for public transport and is a walkable distance from a lot of the sights of Montreal. Having cooking and washing facilities is also very convenient.
The key pickup and entry are a bit of a rigamarole - 2 codes and 2 fob points to go in and out with the key pick up an additional process, but I assume this is all for extra security.
Very clean and comfortable bedding. Also espresso machine with capsules made my morning happy.
Noise and sort of bad smell outside the building walking in front hallway.
